Horrible, only thing worse when they loss packages is their behavior when you go to inquire. It’s like it’s your problem not theirs even though WE pay their salary. The post office on post rd is wonderful and so is the small post office in Windsor. I wish they would shut the Alexander branch down, fire the “ supervisor’”and start with a clean slate .

Grace and Peace.. To whom this may concern.. The postal service gives persons A Job??? But this postal worker carrier does not " Deliver!" it.. On the last day of July. The carrier who delivers in Princeton NJ ( Redding Circle) Senior and Disabled community.. Was sitting in his mini postal truck.. And doing God Knows What!!!!.. But I know by proof, he wasn't doing his job.. I got called Social Security yesterday concerning a an important letter to be signed and sent back.. Unfortunately I never received that letter.. Because my mail carrier acts like it was heavier than his bag!! In otherwords he sat in his truck..Talked on his personal phone..Left junk mail to prove he did his job.. Which he Did!! Not!!!.. I almost lost my benefits for everything because of this mail carrier that works Right! Now!!! At Redding Circle ( PHA) for Seniors and Disabled persons.. Look! I know this job is not easy.. Especially in the " Humid Summer weather. But when I was young the post man was A Someone who I believe comes. Winter, Spring, and Fall.. And Summer " Hot and Humid Days.. This postal worker is being seen, talked about and now Reported.. Say?????.. If he is not happy with the job that God! Has given him through you!!.. Then he needs Another Profession. Like Putting up Siding where he can sit, and gaze out doors. Please post office.. Do something about your Postal workers and mail carriers as soon as you can.. And PLEASE....EXCHANGE THIS MAN WITH SOMEONE WHO NEEDS MONEY TO FEED THEMSELVES AND THERE FAMILIES..PEACE AND BLESSINGS.. MRS. GAYVETTE BRUCE...A RESIDENT.

First off-When you call the number, you can't get through-it's constantly ringing busy.Secondly, the mail carrier delivers what he wants to me.Have not received my normal mail in over a month now. The icing on the cake is this : Was waiting on Death Certificates from the funeral home which should have gotten to me in 2 days-they never did-(they were picked up manually by the postal carrier in person).3 weeks later, the funeral home contacts me-UNDELIVERABLE.I am home 24 hrs. a day.WHY ????? Not even a notice in the mailbox. The mail carrier servicing my address sucks. How dare he.

Today, May 20: very gracious & nice mail carrier. My complaint is about May 19: contrary to what your tracking website says, there was NO attempt to deliver my expected package and NO notice was left in my mail box. ...and what happened to that inquiry about the $100 check I sent to my son in Ct. and that he never received? That check was stolen and cashed by a postal employee..... USPS, will you finally respond??

Probably the worst post office I have ever been to. I have been recommended by USPS to go to this post office to assess the damage of a package that I shipped with USPS and that was returned to me damaged: I called the post office in advance to make sure that they could do this, and they confirmed that I could stop by in the afternoon do to this. I stopped by, and the person who was in charge of assessing the damage, Mr. Christopher Ippoliti, had left.I left all the documentation to assess the damage to another person in the post office, who promised that the supervisor would get back to me, which he didn't. I called Mr. Ippoliti multiple times, and every time he tried to get rid of me by putting me on hold for 20 mins or longer. I insisted for about 4 days. When I finally spoke to him, he claimed that he didn't have any of the documentation that I left him, and he said 'This is not my problem'.Worst clerks and worst post office, ever.

One of central New Jersey's many fine postal facilities! A little hard to find, but well worth the effort. I can recommend the Priority Mail--- delicious!--- and the ever-reliable Media Mail.
