Recently took care of a complicated matter for me, and I am very grateful for their help. I frequent this post office often and am always happy with the service. Wonderful staff!

In the past week or so, I've had to stop payment on two bills that I mailed from my mailbox, because they weren't delivered. It also happened in December. I'm concerned that my mail isn't being handled properly and I want to bring this to your attention. If I can't trust the post office anymore then I guess I'll have to pay my bills online.
