I spoke with Jeanne today and she was very informative and helpful. I really appreciate all the help she gave me.

I have two orders from QVC that I tracked and it said they were delivered to Pennsville Post Office on Friday, April 24th at noon. It's now April 28th and I haven't seen my deliveries yet. Is this normal. I just hope they weren't delivered to another address. Please advise. Thank you so much.

I usually don't have problems with the Pennsville Post Office, but they received my package on the 8th of November with a projected delivery of the 12th of November because of the holiday. The package was not delivered today 11/12. It is now projected to be delivered tomorrow 11/13. There is no reason it was not delivered today. What happened?

After 4 years, I had all my mail returned because my next door neighbor put a change of address in the Salem, NJ office. When I called, I was directed to Pennsville because that is where the sorting takes place. "Grant" is the delivery guy and was very rude and said he had a forwarding address for one and didn't have one for the other address so didn't know where the mail should go - SO, his solution was to have ALL my mail returned to sender. I have yet to receive get well cards from my two grandchildren who took the time to make cards for the Nonnie. He actually hung up on me when I called to complain about it. Terrible service!

I wonder how they get away with being so lazy that they can't get out of their vehicle to put mail in my mailbox if a car is partially blocking it? Left a note saying the mail was undeliverable. Now of you can leave a note I would think you can certainly leave my mail. What are you trying to do? teach me a lesson??

I wonder if Brittany is complaining about the same person I am....sure sounds like him. I was told that I "need to slow down".."I'm very confused" in a tone that would suggest that I'm an imbecile, when all I was trying to do was tell him what had possibly happened to my package...then he wanted the tracking number and could not wait until I walked 6 ft to the computer where I had it up on screen because he didn't want to tie up the line even though I called right back in about 20 sec. Then after he had spent the first call telling me it wasn't there, ta-daaa, there it was like magic! He started to tell me I could pick it up or he could send it out and I said I know you're closing early..what time would they get here approximately? But I was only able to say "what time" before he jumped in and interrupted again and told me "look you got two choices...you either pick it up or I send it out" I said "I'll pick it up"he says "we open at 8 and you have until 12 to pick it up" I said "and who am I talking with?" I was shocked he gave me his name, and though he absolutely does not deserve it, for his privacy I will just give the last letter of his name e.
The thing is, I dealt with this "associate" for almost the same exact thing before (in August 2014) and was treated in the same exact manner...like he's lowering himself to talk to some idiot. He's patronizing and pompous. I really feel bad for the elderly who really MAY be a bit confused or someone who really is slow--anyone who's not quick enough for his specifications and then one day he's going to pull his condescending attitude on the wrong person or be overheard speaking to someone that can't defend themselves and find himself in world of crap!
He's really not a people person...maybe he'd do better as a CO at the jail (psssssssssst, but he's probably too scared....he'd rather pick on the unsuspecting, innocent and weak. For one, it's obvious he hates women....I would bet good money that if I had a guy make this call for me it would've turned out differently...but then he might just hate all people, in which case I kind of understand why they haven't fired him yet....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.................

The new front desk clerk they have is completely rude. Unhelpful, and very dismissive on the phone. Argued with me on the phone when I just needed an answer. You need to hire more helpful associates that don't treat customers like crap.
