What a joke the postal service has become. Mail gose to the wrong address in the wrong town, packages come up that they were not able to deliver even though others arrived and were signed for the same day that they said the one missing was undeliverable. You call the local number listed and they either don't pick up or hang up on you. Calling the 800 number is even more of a joke. Your call time is over an hour on hold just for them to hang up on you also after waisting your day waiting to talk to someone.

The mail carrier has been doing a poor job. We have not been receiving our mail and we have been receiving our neighbors mail. This has been on going and the post office does not want to respond to your concerns.
