Hello I reside at 196 Roseville avenue Newark New Jersey zip code 07107 I have resided at this residence almost 5 years and in those 5 years I've had nothing but issues with my mail it normally gets sent back or I don't get it at all I realize I have not gotten any mail at all in the past month and a half I just spoke to social security they're telling me that the mail they sent me was sent back that is the third time that is happening I am very unhappy I want to get to the bottom of this I spoke with the post office everywhere I Go I got to run around and I get an attitude I don't appreciate can you please help me with this matter like I said I've gone a month and a half without getting any mail not even junk mail

Hello. We live at 17 Elwood Place. None of our mail is being sorted into the mailboxes. They are just thrown into a bin on the floor and all the tenants have to go thru it to find their own mail. There were "Official Legal Notices, Peoples health insurances, EZ-Pass bills, PSE&G bills. Anything that becomes PASSED DUE on those bills and notices are on you. The the carrier TO DO THEIR JOB!!

We have a very serious problem with our mail being send back to the sender as no such number -unable to forward.
The PO Box has not changed. There is obviously an internal issue at the post office. And since its almost impossible to reach anyone to help resolve the issue, I am forced to leave my issue here. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

The agents of this post office are not serious, several times they sent me messages to tell me that my mails are delivered but I never received these mails there. I don't understand why to put in the system that you did the job, yet it didn't. Please a lot on this post office as they are sowing too much crap in the community. So therefore I lost a lot of important mails because of this behavior. Thank you

Where are my packages? I'm,not understanding what happens to them once they hit NJ they are gone forever, Then get told they got lost in transit, ok I see it happening to one package but four or five of them? NJ seems to be death valley for packages anymore :( I just want my stuff sadly this isn't the only place that's not getting packages out or losing them

A package was send on 12-12-2020 The USPS Tracking page says it arrived at Newark, NJ post office on 12-16-2020 at 09.07pm Today is 1-21-2021 and the status continues to read
“In transit”.
No customer service number just a bs automatic system.
I sent the package Priority Mail and paid a lot of money . They told me is going to get there in 10 working days.
What is going on with the package?
How come nobody answered?

A small package was due to be delivered on 1-15-2021. The USPS Tracking page says it arrived at Newark, NJ post office on 1-14-2021 at 12:09am. Today is 1-18-2021 and the status continues to read "DELAYED". Why have they not cleared the backlog of mail and packages? How long must we wait?

I'm pissed!!! I ordered something on January 1st 2020, it has sat in limbo in Illinois for days, now it sits in Newark since the 8th, this is a first class piece of mail, your automated system is irritating, will not connect to a human being, your service is lousy, your stamps are too high, and you are to lazy to answer your phones, it figures though, Democrat state! This article is going to flemington nj, is this too for you people to handle????

Incompetent management at Newark USPS

Typical USPS incompetence. They have absolutely no desire or motivation to be even "fair" in the performance of their jobs. Call the number provided, after several rings you will be transferred to a voicemail box that's filled then transferred to an attendant that has never been set up in their phone system. In other words, they don't accept telephone calls from customers who have questions, concerns or complaints. God has a very special place set aside for these types of people. Enjoy your laughing now, the future looks hellish for you.
