Postal Locations

The mail man drops off a missed receipt in the mailbox but NEVER rings the door bell. I have to make a trip to the post office every time since the mail man is too lazy to ring the door bell for my certified letter

People are unresponsive. I am disabled and have called 5 times to ask about changing my address and nobody has even answered the phone

I looked for my package that said delivered. I tracked it and it said that it was picked up at post office. It was not me. They gave my package to someone. Don’t they ask for id? Also when I called the phone rang and rang and rang. I let it continuously ring until someone picked it up. I explained the issue and she was rushing me. I tried to giver her my name but all she wanted was my phone number. I also started giving her the tracking number. She said she would call me. I asked for her name. I didn’t understand so I asked again. She raised her voice and said she’ll call me and hung up…. Very unprofessional and this isn’t the first time…. Sad. Don’t know if she will call me but I’ll give her until 11am then I’ll start calling maybe I can get my package if they ever pick up the dam phone

They never pick the phone at this Post Office. Most of the staff at this location is of Indian ethnic background and they carry their habits with them. Back in India, workers like clerical staff and lower in Governments services behave as if they are there to rule the public. NOT TREAT THEM AS CUSTOMERS.

My mailman will not pick up my medical mail and mail it. Who does he think he is, he should be fired. This is not the first time.

i am not satisfied USPS SService at all,i am not getting or have any information of the package i suppose to receive within last week. to day i called and holding phone more than 15 minutes and no body responded.

I am new to Monmouth Junction, just moved in a couple weeks ago. My first impression of the post office was not great, I'd have to say. I moved in on a Saturday. I just happened to meet the mail carrier for my neighborhood who asked me if I had received the package he had left on my doorstep 3 days ago! I had not! All he had to say was, "Oh shit. I figured someone was moving in soon since I got a package for the address, so I just left it on the door." The first package I received from the monmouth junction post office was left on my doorstep for three days and taken by someone else. I hope they enjoy my gift, because I can not. :-(
