Sent payment with tracking to IRS. Twelve days later letter still not delivered or tracked. I'm told they don't always scan the letters. So why did I pay $8.50? They have no idea where the letter is. Bunch of idiots working there. Also, no one EVER answers the phone.
i ordered a phone case and it sent me two different emails saying two different dates that it would be here one minute it says december 17th to 30th then another email saying December 17th to Janurary 14th which one is it pick a date and leave it.

This has apparently not yet happened.

This place sucks and you can't get no one to answer the damn phone then I have you contact the 800 number which then they tell you to call you back in an hour it's been two hours and still no phone call what the Hells going on with the post office now a days

Waiting for your answer
For 2 days on the roll (Friday and Saturday 13&14 November 2015) my postal mail was mixed with neighbors to my left and to my right and I found my left-side neighbor's mail in my box?!!!! God knows how many other mail got lost?!!! What is going on?! No consideration for confidentiality and the importance of people's mail and their timely responses?!
Horrible. Sent my package back. The tracking states that my "receptacle was blocked". Then it states a notice was left. Then it states my address was unknown. How is that possible? How can you have tried to deliver a package and claim to have left a notice and then claim you couldn't find the address? I just received a huge humidifier that was left at my door why can't you deliver a simple package that is the size of a DVD???
