Why do I only get 1 piece of junk mail from substitute carriers when my regular carrier (who is great) is not on duty? I know they are paid very well but they are not doing a good job. Crestwood whiting

It appears that after calling at least 6 times the PO Office in Lakehurst, NJ and the P O in Whiting, NJ that the same message is played telling you that your call will be answered and after a minute it is said that your call will be switched to the Operator after which the phone rings about 12 to 15 times without recognition and then switched to Busy Signal to which your only recourse is to hang up. I wanted to report that Saturday Nov. 11 the entire block I live on did not get any Mail Delivered.

Lakerhurst NJ post office does not answerer their phone, three days now.

I recently moved into Leisure Village West. I would like to know my mailbox number, please.

I'm trying to schedule an appointment to get passports for myself and my wife. The scheduler app. is not working so I called the Lakehurst Post Office at 732-657-8562, the # listed online. After ringing about 15 or 20 times, the phone gets disconnected. Nobody bothers to answer the phone. I called 5 or 6 times with the same results. This is absolutely terrible customer service. I would think that with the competition that the Post Office has, the employees would be striving to win customers with excellent customer service, not ignoring them and pushing them towards the competitors.

Have not had any mail delivery in Crestwood Village 1 Friday Jan 7 and Sat Jan 8. I know there is some on the way because of unformed delivery. Possible COVID health issues which I understand. When can we expect delivery ?

I have a package that says it is pending pickup at Lakehurst from UPS...since Nov.30th and everyday it give me a different day that is is supposed to be delivered.....now I ask.....where is it?

Lakehurst Post Office never answers their phones! Why???????

There is a mail carrier by the name of Theresa who services Cambridge Circle in LVW. She is the best mail carrier I ever had, She always has a smile on her face and she does such a great job. I know my mail will be delivered on either end when she is on the job. Unfortunately I have had less than good service in the past but she counteracts all past bad experiences!!!

Why does Lakehurst po hang up every time I call, IF they answer the phone without addressing my problem?

Why is there a TRUMP display in front of the Lakehurst post office??? How is that allowed? As an American citizen, i abhor everything that illegitimate White House resident represents.
