On Saturday June 18,2022 I received mail from housing which was 2 letters 1 certified Mail I never signed no paper from postal person to even receive certified Mail. That is fraud and a federal charge. My mail was also open. I would like to have a copy of signature which was not my signature never gave any authorized to sign my name.b5516970773 before I contact postal police may I get assistance. I been got USPS app in 2020 which I've been denied to receive any mail through application. I never had this app so why can't I use app to protect my privacy and information. I have had multiple things come through post office in my name which is fraud credit cards etc. Which I already contacted who I needed to.
i have not received my package and i discovered that they send it to a wrong adressed.am very disappointed with this wed side.please the agencies needed to devaloped.
I am tracking my package and I called numerous times. No one ever answers. My package was priority and I rescheduled for delivery. It is now Saturday and my package was never delivered on Thursday.
I am disappointed now that I have to drive there and try to resolve my location of package. I guarantee you it is still sitting there. What a disgrace to this location and the response time. Why pay for priority when you can’t get it delivered on time. They are disrespectful and I always try to use UPS or FedEx.
The Post Office makes people wait for at an hour to find a representative in the Jersey City Postal office to find out about the status of a package? Why is the office understaffed or who is monitoring the actual people involved in answering the customer service. I never saw it this bad and really I have lived in the city all my life and this is the worse I have yet to encounter as to making people hold on an hour to get a rep. Something needs to be done to make this process become more user friendly..

This is the worst post office this is my 3rd time having problems with them delivering my package they said that they attempted to deliver my package 3 times witch is a fn lye were is the pink card you never left one because you never came to my house that is a getto post office
