I’ve complained 3 times about the postal employee who delivers on my block and nothing has been done. I even drove to the locations on MLK & Ocean. I am extremely disappointed. No one will answer the phones at MLK or Bergen.

This locations is horrible! They are short staffed, usually only one person on the window and a line out the door. Employees get frustrated and try to rush you out. In addition, don't expect your packages to be delivered to you, I had 2 occasions where family members paid for overnight delivery and I never got it delivered. I had to go in the following day. Family member never got refunded for the unsatisfied service.
