I had a very lazy postman. He took a box 8 1/2x 6 1/2 and possbily threw it by the garage doors. I have a sign on bk door saying do not leave anything here, deliver to front door. front door was open, now NO one was going out yesterday. no one would see it. IT RAINED TODAY. it was a cardboard box with 6 paperback books in it and the box in great big letters said FRAGILE. when i hollered he got out of his truck grudenly got the box and THREW IT ONTO THE FRONT LANDING. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. actually, it was pretty stupid of him to put it by the garage where it may not have been seen for a day or two. soaken wet box and books would then be no good.

I just walked out to let the dog have a short walk to the driveway from front door; here is a box sitting on top of the recycling cans. I don't know if it was dropped off last night or today. We are having snow, sleet, freezing rain off and on almost everyday. No doorbell rung when package came. NO ONE drops anything off at the back door. there is sign to tells this. Now if this package got Wet and Tossed; it would be garbage. LAZY FOLKS WHO DON'T WANT TO LEAVE THEIR WARM TRUCKS....ARE DODO BIRDS.
they don't care at all if we get our packages in good shape and can use what's in them. My review woul;d be unprintable words for the lazy insolent drivers. You want us to stand up for you and not let the government close you but you insult us so many times with packages.

Vacation Hold
Had my mail held for 3 weeks, go back and no mail delivered for two days. Went to PO and was told they had no mail for me. Got the supervisor and my mail was held in my neighbors spot.

Disgrace. The woman I spoke with on the phone about a missing package gave me nothing but disrespect from the moment she answered the phone. She was not very knowledgeable about anything and offer no real assistance. Waste of time trying to speak to someone at this office.

The new drive up PO mail boxes installed at the Hillsborough PO are not made in consideration of handicapped individuals. I am handicapped and cannot reach the boxes from the car. I have to get out of the car to mail items. Why was this not considered? The prior box had a sleeve to get to the car window, The new ones do not. You are discriminating against us who are handicapped.

Why is this post office so poorly maintained. Garbage and broken glass and cigarette butts on the ground. Broken Formica cabinets inside. Who is post master in charge. Who is maintenance worker responsible. All the other post offices in our area like neshanic and flag town and Raritan are beautifully maintained. What is wrong at Hillsborough post office. This post office sucks. They can't even read an address on a package. I was waiting for a package and they ended up delivering it to another house. I ended up have to go to that house after I call the postal official to find where they sent it to. This is the 3rd time this has happen and something needs to happen at this office NOW.

Horrible Customer Service Especially for Passport. These people need to be fired. Woman showed up late for appointment and simply gawked at us wasting our time and went back inside. Lazy and bad attitude. Worst of worst.
