Postal Locations

I have not received my package that was shipped to you all on December 3,2021 I live in Cincinnati Ohio and I have not received it so can you please tell me what's going on with the package not being shipped. I can be reached 513 417 7492 Glennis Pounds thank you.

I have a complaint with your facility and have had MANY. I have had packages misplaced, left outside of our building when your Facility has said it was left at the “Reception” with false initials, sent to a completely incorrect address and just plain GONE!!! THIS TIME … I just left your building and the package tracking number above states that it arrived at your facility at 9:44 a.m. The Township received our mail at 11:00 a.m. today. Why was this package not included with today’s mail? I was turned away because there was too much to go through for “our building” to find my package? I have worked here 29 years and I have never see an “avalanche” of mail that large that you could not find a parcel that would clearly look like a “box” or soft package such as clothing?! I feel that the gentleman that went back to find it was pleasant (looked like a new employee), but once went behind the counter, the other employees knew it was me and they told him to send me away because I have called out the many issues with your facility. Our building may be closed tomorrow and I was picking up a package that belong to ME. I am escalating this higher to the Post Master General. Patricia A. Why when sent out the same time does my mail to Florida always arrive in 2/3 days. 5 days, my mail to Hillsborough, NJ still isn't there. And it was for a birthday. It always happens.
