I sent a fancy anniversary card to my son and wife in New York State through a card company. I accidentally put my New Jersey zip code so the card wasn't getting there. The company sent out another card but someone at the Cranford Post Office was kind enough to redirect the original card to Croton. It could have been returned to sender but it wasn't. Thank you Cranford Post office!!!

I was at the post office this morning and there were two employees behind the counter. One was male, and one female. The male was extremely kind and polite. The female was horrific. She was basically abusing the customers. I had to mail 23 envelopes, so I was there while she waited on 3 different people. She was horrible to every one, including an elderly man. While she was waiting on the elderly man and giving him a hard time, another customer stepped in to help him with the computer because she would not. I walked out in tears that someone could be that rude. Whenever I return to mail something, I would wait 20 extra minutes than have her wait on me.

Cranford post office on 3 Miln doesn't give a crap about their patrons health. The postal worker at 3 PM on May 27th, an older white woman with light colored long hair was wearing her mask around their neck while chatting with someone about an envelope size. Postmaster, Allie, could care less when I called. I dont even think she believed me. She was so rude, as if it was my fault she had to work.

terrible service , my mail ends up at a different place , since the people who deliver on this route are always on the phone and can't walk and chew gum at the same time

I go to the Post Office rather frequently and I find that all the reps at the counters are exceptionally nice, But, this week I would like to compliment Caesar for his wonderful work attitude and for being so congenial to all us customers. If something is of benefit to the customer he will always explain it. That's why I like to patronize the Post Office. Thank you to all the nice people that work there and a special thank-you to Caesar. Happy Thanksgiving!

Need to add my complaints- same as below. Get skipped some days, have had packages scanned and then not delivered (we can see from RING doorbell if something is dropped off) , wrong mail delivered and completely unresponsive managers from PO. Yesterday we left a letter out for carrier to pick up for us- the carrier then took it and delivered it two doors down although it was going to NY. Quality of carriers and quality of mangers in the PO is horrendous. I do not remember ever having these issues when previous Post Master and Letter Carrier Manager was there.

The post office in Cranford is fine, but the mail delivery sucks!!!!! I live on Park Terrace and we don't get our mail until 6pm or later. We used to get it between 10 am to 10:30 am. I don't know what changed, maybe a new BOSS who hasn't a clue, It is not acceptable!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. First time I called they asked me to call back in an hour because they couldnt hear me over all the workers. When I called a second time, the same woman answered. Cut me off mid question and told me she couldnt help me. She didnt even know what I was calling about. THE WORST!

Carrier recently scanned my package as being delivered and package was no where to be found on my property.. Called and left my # for a supervisor to call me back 3x on 3 different days and no one returned my call.. Finally got a hold of a Supervisor and was pretty much told my carrier is a stand up guy and your beat (in a nutshell)

The Township of Cranford recently did a mailing to every home but many, many people did not receive it. Two years ago, same thing and when we went to the Cranford Post Office we found bundles in the dumpster. These are mailing paid for by taxpayers. Have some respect.

Don't ever trust carrier pickup when using online postage. Twice in 6 months they simply did not pick up the box. Twice I had to explain to my customer why they are getting their job late. Very unprofessional. When I found my package at my doorstep the next morning, I called them. They just told me that they would pick it up in the next day's delivery. Since I get my mail around 5:30, that means another wasted day when I paid for priority mail. They refused to pick up my box earlier.

We haven't been getting mail delivery almost regularly on Saturdays. Has the USPS discontinued Saturday service. Is there a place I can place a query?
