Trying to get delivered. Called office on Tuesday, October 8th. Asked to have delivery activated. Was told it would be started that day. Have yet to receive any mail. Have called several times since then, however, no one ever answers the phone. Perhaps someone will get message. Please start delivery to 1800 Laurel Road, #1622, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 as soon as possible.

I called to have that stopped and my mail put on hold until the 26th. when I arrived home several days later, there was mail in the box. Since then I have not been getting any mail even though my informed delivery shows a lot of mail. I have spent all day trying to call to see what is happening and have not been able to get through to anyone. I drove to my local branch and they gave me a number to call 856-783-4868. I was NEVER able to talk to anyone. I am concerned because there was a new credit card sent to me, a check is expected along with renewals for insurance policies. If you could please help me with this, I would be very grateful. I also called another # 800 275 8777. I would get all through the menu and then get disconnected! that happened countless times. thank you for your help. Connie Troxell ()
