Your published hours are incorrect I went to the US post office in Stratford New Jersey which this address shows is open till 2 o’clock and it had a sign in the window they closed at 1.

Why Wasn't The Package Put In the Drop Box At The Bottom of the Mailboxs Like Any other Time I've Received Packages. Leave The Package At The Stratford P.O. On Warwick Rd. I'll Pick It Up Monday.

One of your staff took a package they were not supposed to. They were told not to touch the package and after they screamed at my 12 y/o niece they still took it. I want their name and for them to be reprimanded as well as have my package returned immediately

This post office has the worst bunch of slouches I have ever come across. The day of prom and these people have managed to lose the package containing my cousins shoes. Then keep giving false promises that someone may check the pallets because it's probably there. I called again at 4pm because they said they would check at 3pm and the guy who answered said well sometimes they don't open the pallets. Very cocky and rude... no help what so ever. An important day ruined because some lazy person chose not to do their job.
