No one ever picks the phone up at the Carteret NJ location, my package has been sitting there since January 30, 2023, i had to ask a postal supervisor from a nearby post office to ask the area post master to have the Carteret PO figure out and fix the problem.

Have been trying to call them to find out why my packages that are marked for pre-shipment have been held for a month with no movement. No one is picking up the phone and the automated system is less than helpful only bringing me to the answer I already know. Worried that I have more packages that are in pre-shipment in the same location. Will I ever get them?

My neighborhood, Mulberry St. have been getting everyone else's mail. I have gone days without receiving any mail and that is highly unusual for me. I had people coming to my house to deliver my mail but how do I low if there is anything missing???

As a Gateway Resident of the new development in Carteret, not a renter but an OWNER of one of the town house, I keep having to go the 101 Roosevelt Leasing Office to pick up my packages, which is not only inconvenient but annoying. I clearly include my address and building number yet the packages continue to be delivered to the wrong location. This needs to be fixed. I pay for my packages to the be delivered to my house and I should have to go elsewhere to pick it up.
