Jamie is my mail carrier at #1 Scheiber Drive Brick 34497.He does an excellent job and always has a smile on his face. I filled out all the paperwork both at the main office and on line. Would you please tell Jamie that we will back from Florida on April 30th at which time if he would start delivering the mail again. Thanks Bob & Cindy Hackett

Hours of operation are a total joke! Ten o’clock…Seriously? This is an institution that needs serious investigation. One cannot even ask a question or receive an answer. Deliveries are irregular and spotty. Not the fault of workers, but poor management is my thought.

Moved to Florida filled out moving card brought it to the post office and no mail going. On 3 weeks

I have to take a moment to give a shout out to one of your employees - Mike. Don’t know his last name. When a package I sent to my daughter in Brick was not delivered due to the wrong zip code (the correct zip code 08724 was used) I filed a claim. Mike called me this morning and told me he would do everything he could to locate the package. I explained that my daughter had just lost her newborn baby and this was a very special gift. Within a few hours - my daughter called saying she received the package. So THANK YOU MIKE! Your efforts are so appreciated and I’m grateful. Fantastic customer service!

Driver in truck 0223647 driving unsafe in the rain at 11:40 am on Lanes Mill Rd on Sunday, 12-11h22. Pulled out of a parking lot in front of my car in the rain, nearly causing a huge accident. Good thing I have sharp reflexes and good brakes. Will be calling to report as well.

Usps said i had a package coming on saturday 9/11/2021 mail came and package didnt i called they said they have a 2nd truck out to deliver packages and guess what nothing came can anyone do their job right over there instead of lying to customers

Luis, a postal worker, speaks to customers as if they were children doing something wrong. Rude and condescending. Unbelievable

What is up with mail delivery. My mail and bills have been coming on the day they are due. This has been going on for some time.

My package was marked as delivered and was not!!! I reported it and a month later still waiting for response!!!!! I reported it right away.

My packages are constantly being delayed because the drivers mark my house on a main road as “unable to reach delivery location” but they will deliver my regular mail.

My stimulus check went missing after being shown for delivery on the app. Still no answer from the post office after putting a claim in for missing mail. I have the screen shot and everything that shows it was being delivered and was never left

I live in Evergreen Woods. In three months the post office has lost-5- (Five) checks I have written out to pay bills. I have placed them all in The mail slot as directed. I have lived here 15 years and never had a problem until the last 3 months. What is happening to my mail when it is picked up???

I’m so upset. Second Xmas in a row I mailed 2 boxes same time from Osbornville PO. 1 box showed up late and tracking now says the label hasn’t printed for second box. I definitely learned my lesson this time. Never again mailing from USPS Holiday presents😡

I live in country woods and there are a lot of families with multiple drivers. It is not easy to find parking. If the cars are parked a little too close to the mailbox the mail doesn’t get delivered. The mailman is rude, disrespectful yells at any and all homeowners. He is in the wrong line of work if he cannot be nice.

Workers are the best. Always friendly and helpful.

ALMOST EVERY DAY -OUR MAIL FROM BRICK IS DELIVERED AFTER 5PM -TO AT LEAST 6PM OR LONGER - WHAT IS THE DELAY !!!!

Another year in Fla & my mail is screwed up. Last year had mail forwarded & lost 2 weeks of mail—returned to sender with note saying moved with no forwarding address. This year decided to have P.O. hold my mail & now found out my mail box is over flowing with mail being delivered to house. Try getting in touch with post office. Unbelievable!!!

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH CHAMBERSBRIDGE BRICK POST OFFICE, NO MAIL AT ALL ON A SATURDAY! BARELY ANY MAIL DELIVERY NO MAIN POSTAL WORKERS FOR BRICK GARDEN APT'S. ANOTHER WEEK MY BOYFRIENDS WORKMANS COMP CHECK IS A NO SHOW. HOW DO YOU POSTAL WORKERS EXPECT US TO LIVE WITH NO MAIL DELIVERY! NO MONEY FOR A WEEK BECAUSE OF IGNORANCE ON BRICK POST OFFICE NOT SHOWING UP OR LEAVING SOMEONE ELSES MAIL IN OUR BOXES. I AM GOING TO THE HEAD OF THE POSTAL SERVICES GENERAL! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

It doesn't matter if you write a complaint. The postal service doesn't care. This is the second time in two weeks packages have not been delivered. The second time is what has me fuming. The notes were that the postman couldn't get to the door. I live in a small ranch style house on Tony Court in Brick and there is absolutely no obstruction to get to the door, that is unless you're talking about a welcome mat. Just so happens the delivery was scheduled on a Saturday from Amazon. I am convinced that the Brick, NJ post office does whatever the hell they want to do with the mail.

I was expecting my over night express mail today ...I waited all day and no one came! Express mail should be delivered between 12 and 3pm. The mail truck was on Guyer ave and no one came to my house....This is very up setting...since I have bills that needed to be paid. It would be nice if you had the same post man deliver my express mail each week. It seems I get a different face all the time. Brenda Mani

I was expecting a package today, and just checked the status. It says attempted delivery this morning 9:23 am. It says a notice was left. Well, needless to say, no notice plus I was at home and no one came to my door. If this was done by regular delivery person, who I am not sure why she still has a job with all the complaints she has, this is just one more to add to the list. My mailbox has been left opened and mail has blown out, she throws packages up on the porch and because she came early one morning and the trash has just been picked up, she pushed the trash can with the truck so it was out of her way. Speaking with the neighbors, they too have complaints about her. I wish our neighborhood could have a new person on our route. She is just the most unfriendly and rude person. OUR MAIL AT 154 TAYLOR BLVD BRICK NJ 08724, HAS BEEN GOING TO DIFFERENT NEIGHBORS HOUSES AND WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING SOME NEIGHBORS MAIL ON OCCASIONS TOO, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON THE LAST COUPLE WEEKS, PLEASE INFORM THE BRICK POST OFFICE SO THEY CAN CORRECT GOING FORWARD.

If my mail is left soaking wet again because some jackass leftmy mail box wide open while it was pouring out, I'm gonna do whatever I can to make sure this specimen gets fired! And if I catch him doing it I will detain his fascist ass for interfering with the mail service.
