I went there today to post an international package, which I have never done before. The clerk named “Patti” was not only rude but disrespectful toward myself and a friend. She berated us for not knowing how to fill out a customs form in an embarrassing manner in front of other customers. In addition, she said people with disabilities should come in early or go to another facility. I understand it was close to closing time but my friend and I did not appreciate Patti’s commentary. It was embarrassing for us and I hope never to meet this woman in the future.

Very disappointed that this facility chose to close early on the Saturday before Christmas. The least it could have done was update the web site and saved many people an unnecessary trip.

Mailed a envelope with a large check to Verizon wireless on 8/12/20 at bridge ave. P.O. Had wrong zip code which clerk corrected and said it would be delivered.. as of 919/20 still not delivered and postal service cannot tell what they did with it. Will now have to stop payment on check. Had to put $262.00mon Visa card to pay for internet service. Just a big headache. Service t terrible. Sent via priority mail. @. $7.00.

Spoke with the Manager John regarding the people that resided in my home before me due to tons of mail from the previous owners still coming to my home and its been 6 months. The manager proceeded to tell the that "he didnt need to know the particulars about their life". He was very rude and unprofessional. All i wanted was to try and stop their mail from coming to my home. He treated me like i was a moron and was very disrespectful. I was trying to explain that there was 3 different last names in the home before me. He told me to "stop talking" . I will not go to my own post office. I will stick to Bay head where the people are nice and respectful.

This place went to crap now that the new lady is there. She is so. Lazy and not very professional. Had to carry my own parcel for her. WHAT!!!

Wow, what terrible service I received! The lady at the counter (Sharon) had such an attitude. She acted as though I was an inconvenience and sighed when she had to walk a couple feet to get something. The supervisor (Ayesha) was even worse! Absolutely no people skills and obviously loves showing that she is in a position of "power."
