Postal Locations

I actually live in Asbury Park. We love our postal workers, cause they are awesome. They are out there everyday, no matter the weather, physically or politically, they do their job. As a community, we try and appreciate that and them to the best of our abilities. Kindness goes a long way, and is always appreciated.

I have issue with my package it says out for delievery in my place but i check the package wasn't there and they send an update saying it in transit in asbury park nj what is going on please fix this problem and send my package asap it been how many days and still haven't recieve my package

Mail that is shown in informed delivery, with pictures, is not being delivered. Waiting for a very important piece from Jan 28, and it's now Feb 4. I called on Tuesday. Wednesday there were 2 pieces pictured in informed delivery, and no mail was delivered! Is the carrier retaliating???? Terrible service and no recourse!

I have had a problem with my nail lady from the very beginning. I live in Middlebrook (Ocean) I’m forever getting the wrong mail and NOT getting mine! I’ve left her notes abt wrong mail being delivered and she gets an attitude. My packages are not being delivered half the time and she marks it delivered! I’ve complained in person at the post office and by phone! It took my all day to finally get someone to answer the phone. I really miss Mark our old mailman

We suspect our mail is being stolen. No one picks up the phone at the Asbury park post office day after day of trying to report it. Maybe privatization will restore customer service.

I live at 1503 South Wanamassa Drive, Ocean. I am sure I speak for all my neighbors that we will miss our letter carrier Ron. He has been providing exceptional service,he truly cares about us. We wish him the best in his well deserved retirement. He's leaving big shoes to fill. Yes, you can share this with him as we are away and will not be able to say goodbye.

I was expecting a very important piece of mail in the past few days. It could not be duplicated if I didn't receive it. My complete and accurate name and address was clearly on the envelope. It was delivered to someone else in my apartment complex. Luckily for me, they circled my clearly marked apartment number, and I then received it. This is the second time my mail has been delivered to someone else in my apartment complex in the past few months! The first one I never received, which was from the government! Please address this issue with all postal delivery workers. I wonder how many other pieces of mail I haven't gotten that I don't know about yet?

Amazon package at APPO, 10/10 AM. As of 10/11, 12:30PM, no delivery. Also there was no mail delivery on 10/10. Any idea when I'll get my package?? Mail addressed to Bond Street was returned with "No Such Street" label attached. How could this be? Bond Street is right around the corner!

Today i was waiting on a package.....watching the tracking while im waiting on the mail.....The tracking said "item delivered" i go to the porch and there's no mail...a few minutes later the post lady shows up. I wait for her to come up and drop off the mail..NO Package! I asked her how is it marked that my package was delivered when theres no package? She said " i dont know" i told her that im calling the supervisor at the post office..she said then she would look in her mail truck...she drove away. While im still on hold for the supervisor ,about 10 minutes later i see her walking up with my package in her hand.She asked me " is this the right address" yes it is! I hung up the phone since i was still on hold........question.......why are packages being marked as delivered when they haven't been dropped off at the location yet? I don't know what is going on with the mail system lately but it's been terrible...There has been an issue every single time i order something..dropped off at wrong location,wrong mailbox or lost in mail..when i'm being told they were probably stolen...seriously??. I will no longer be going through Asbury Park postal service....Even going inside to do your mail the staff is as friendly as a piece of wood.......I've been a customer for years......not any more....
