This PO has had the best of the best and have come a long way from the Tricky Sisters, lol. This past summer (2025) woke up that there are no employee willing to go the extra mile to assist those that come in and use their services. I cannot believe that the persons that deliver the mail as well, they won’t put the packages on the porch, they push the package into the mail box on the road, and I have had a lot of damages items. Called the PO and they couldn’t do anything about it - it is a shame there in only an acting Post Master - so if they are temp, and give the attitude and laid back why would they like to help folks out.

I have been using the Northwood Post Office for over 20 years (back when it was in the current Police Station) I have seen a lot of changes but the BEST ONE WAS WHEN YOU HIRED SCOTT. He is the most congenial, kind, welcoming, helpful of any postal worker I have ever come across in 73 years !!! Bravo, to you for making such a good choice !!!
