Epsom Post Office has to be one of the worse post offices in the state. We can guarantee we will have delivery problems with at least half of the packages we order. Sometimes we don't get them at all. Today we expected a package and got a notice saying we had asked for it not to be delivered. Never did that. They had lied several times to us about issues we have had. Also missing an insurance bill that was supposed to be delivered last week. The same day we got all our neighbors mail again. Have been told in the past not to worry that we will get our package when we have inquired as to where it is past its delivery date. Incompetent is all we can say. Also they don't answer their phone.

The phone is always busy been calling all day and has been busy all day. I've called over 60 times.
