Postal Locations

This is concerning a condo mailbox station with many individual boxes on Cadogan Way, Nashua 03062. , I have been updated daily of a small package en-route from Santa Monica, CA via the USPS tracking service. I need this item for a business trip I am leaving for TONIGHT, but my mailbox is jammed shut. Not the first time, but in the past I have been able to get it open. Today, that is not the case. I called the Hudson Station and explained the situation to the lady answering the phone and she tried to contact the carrier, to no avail. My email notifications show that my package had been delivered approximately 2:01 this afternoon. I arrived home @2:30pm couldn't open the box and immediately called this Hudson office. Besides the fact that this should never happen, mail jammed in these small boxes, there should be some back up for someone to come out and assist the public in getting their personal mail.
