I was supposed to receive a package but because of weather it was delayed. No problem with that I understand. I checked the tracking of my package and it was delivered to Papillion post office and was scheduled for delivery. Never showed up. The post office told me it probably had a label problem and was put in the dead pile where it will be destroyed. How did it get from Arizona to Papillion with a label problem?? Makes no sense I am very disappointed in the explanation of what happened.

I have been to the Adams street location several times due to Informed Delivery showing packages out for delivery. I found out from an employee there that if that is what is shown, I will probably receive it the next day. The manager there did not explain that to me. Twice I encountered him and the second time, he said he didn’t want to see me there anymore. Very poor customer service. He should be fired!

Papillon USPS has to be the worst in the entire state. No joke. They lost 2 of my packages in the same week. They left a slip in my box telling where I could pick the packages up. I followed the instructions and when I arrived to get packages, I found the Adams street location closed and under construction. I scheduled a redelivery online and nothing showed up. The carriers are terrible. Last week my son went to get the mail from the multi resident silver box and found the entire back of the box open. Everyone's mail and packages were exposed and available to be stolen if someone had a inclination to do so. Do NOT recommend.

Last night a mailman knocked on our door at 6:55 PM. Arms full of mail. He wanted to know if Andrew lived here. We told him no. He handed us mail from another house down the street and started walking away. We called him back and told him our address and handed him the mail back. He was in tears and said he can’t see addresses in the dark. The wind chill was 20 below and he looked like he was freezing. What kind of operation is our local post office running? Mail should be delivered in daylight. It would appear that this young man had enough mail in his arms for another half hour of walking in the dark. In talking to neighbors today everyone got the wrong mail. It is criminal for any company to treat any human being this way. No wonder they keep looking for more mail carriers.

Terrible service! I don’t know why things have slipped so much. I had a package delivery set for yesterday, which was labeled as “undeliverable”. We are in an established neighborhood and have received thousands of packages over the years, successfully from multiple carriers. Why are USPS employees given the ability to falsely claim something is undeliverable. If they are injured or even if they ran out of time (drivers, etc.), say so. Don’t tell me my location was undeliverable. USPS has adopted the worst business model I have seen.

I called the 1-800 number. Got to the automated system. The automated system asked me if I had a tracking number for my return address. I have not received a blue, pink or yellow slip from my local post offfice. Papillon, NE. Forever stamp on a Omaha, NE DHHS 68103.

So disappointed with Papillion post office. Clerk is not letting me leave prepaid packages on counter and wants me to put in overflowing cart....EMPTY THE CARTS....Do better with CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ended up driving to BELLEVUE post office to leave the rest of my boxes after stopping two different times today at Papillion and streets were backed up with people waiting! Come on management. Get with it!

We are not getting our mail! We get the email everyday of what we are SUPPOSED to receiv. One person in our house needs their medications and once again the USPS in Papillion Nebraska has COMPLETELY FAILED. There needs to be a serious change at this location with carriers, management, and accountability.

I had my flag up on the mailbox for two days I thought that meant for one of your postal workers to come get the mail but evidently I was wrong

I need to get a birthday card off early in the day, but not knowing the time of pick ups I thought I would check the website. Unfortunately, I did not find the information I came looking for. What's up? [There used to be early pick ups. Cutbacks? Surely.] So, for me your site was not helpful. Maybe someone can find it in themselves to fix this??? Better posting is my suggestion. All this aside, we do love our postal workers. And I for one feel blessed to still have my mailbox right next to my doorbell. Blessings to all.

I can't believe we have to pay to have a new lock put on our community box when the lock mechanism fails to work properly. That is totally ridiculous!! Our key is constantly getting stuck in the key lock and is extremely hard to get out. So frustrating and now to find out the only solution is for us to pay for a new lock when the damn box isn't even our property!!
