Before when I’ve tried to find a number I was not able to, however today I was able to find the information that I needed. It ws precise and it was there for me to see right away. So kudos for having general information readily available. Also we love our mailman and we appreciate you being there during all this to deliver our mail!

April 1, 2020 How come we were not notified that our Papillion Post Office would be closing? Where do I go now? We were there a few days ago. There was no signs that they were getting ready to close. What happened? Pam :-)

I have a concern/complaint. We have a relatively new carrier. He insists on bringing our mail inside. He knocks on the door and waits there so long I suspect that there is some sort of issue. When I open the main door to check, he has already opened the storm door and gives the impression that he's trying to come inside. My dog is there and interested in what's going on. Every time he does this it takes me by surprise, and he always asks if my dog is "nice." I try to assume the best, that he is perhaps a person with different social skills, but it happens enough that it always leaves me unnerved, a bit exposed and wishing I had a more intimidating dog.

I would like to put in a complaint. For the last few weeks we have either not received mail or our neighbors have gotten our mail. Today I put a bill on my mailbox at 8:30 am before I went to work and when I came home at 6:30 pm my bill was still on my mailbox where I left it. It is a good thing my bill isn't due yet. I' m very disappointed with the mail service. Its no wonder people are paying bills online.

The absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. In the past year they have outright lost three of my Amazon packages. The most recent one isn't even lost. It had a ten-day gap in the tracking log, I called, they told me it went to Denver, the next day my tracking log said it was in California, now there's been another four-day gap in log updates. No one at the USPS branch knows anything.Dealing with these people makes me want to drive a nail into my temple. Cannot wait for the day the vote comes around to stop funding this hellhole.
