I have 2packages, that the post office shows to the place l bought my items from, 1 was delivered and the other they couldn’t get to my house for whatever reason,,, l am always home and first of all they didn’t need to get to my house, cause they always put these packages in my mailbox. I really would like my 2 packages, please…. Thank you!


Have a package reported delivered. Tried to call post office and no answer. Window hours 9:00-3:00 and closed on Saturday not helpful for working people. Not sure how I will get my package before it is sent back to sender.


I have a package that tells me it has been out for delivery for the past three days and now says it does not have correct address and that I moved! I am new to the Hawthorne East community in Zebulon. My address is 261 Inverness St, Zebulon NC 27597. Our mailboxes are located at the entrance to the development. Twice I have had a key left in my mailbox that is suppose a bigger box located under the regular boxes. The 1st time my key was marked 1P but that box already had a key in it and was empty. Yesterday another key was left and again marked 1P but would not unlock the bigger box. These are orders I really need. How do we resolve this problem. Thank you, Leesa Formyduval (my box # is 17).


I came in to apply for a Passport today. William was the person who helped me and he was very efficient and helpful and he was also an extremely kind man, to the extent that I wanted to let you know. Thank you.


The website for making passport appointments is broken! It is not possible to select an appointment time. No one answers at the Wendell post office at 11:00 AM in the morning! How is someone supposed to get an appointment??


I was supposed to receive a package today. According to the PO, it was delivered at 4:56pm. The problem with that is I was standing at the door at that time and nothing was delivered. None of my neighbors received it. Was that recorded as delivered in order to keep the deliverer out of trouble? We'll be discussing this with Amazon and with you when you open on Monday.


Has to be the absolute WORST carriers around! Constantly losing & or delivering to wrong mailboxes and lazy people don’t want to get out of the car to place a package at the door!


unfortunately I could not make to any open USPS in time; so I was calling to find out about a DropBox availability....and found Zebulon post office answering their line even tho' they were closed. Jason very nicely answered all my questions so I was prepared to do what I needed to, to get the package ready for mailing by dropping it off in the Dropbox closest to me in Rolesville; that only has the automated 800 number operating, whch expects you to ONLY have a question that they want to answer! REally dumb! So, thnks Zebulon for being all that Rolesville won't be....a Good, postal service! thnkx for being pleasant too!
