Postal Locations

not sure they are very careful about mail that is put in drop of box outside. I mailed a charge card payment 2 weeks before christmas and it has not arrived to destination as of yet on Jan 7th. So of course I have been charged late fees and interest. Has anyone else had issues with mail being lost or undelivered lately? I tried to call them but they did not answer phone

I usually try to avoid this Post Office for counter service as there is almost always a long line, but will occasionally drop outgoing mail in the box outside, which clearly indicates that mail will be collected at 5 p.m. Dropped four letters to my grandchildren in at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan 16, to hear a big clunk at the bottom of the box. Obviously, they had already come out and gotten it, I guess so they could get out quicker. Between Monday being MLK Day and then some snow issues, my letters didn’t arrive for NINE DAYS, and they weren’t going very far. Postmaster needs to put an end to that, or change the pickup time on the box. I would have been in a bad way if those items had been something that had to arrive in what anyone would consider a timely manner. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst PO and people that work at this branch and deliver mail from this branch.

I think this Post Office should offer month to month p. o. box's. I was told they only offer 6 or 12 months. Then when I came back after finding out some information l was told the only this time I could do 3months over the internet.
