Zero Stars. As a business, we depend on USPS service to send and receive payments from vendors and customers. They are constantly losing items, and items are not delivered within business hours most days. Sometimes, package tracking will state no one was available during business hours when we have staff available all day. You can not talk to anyone at the location for help or to relay problems either.

I need to report my mail was / is being taken from mail box years now. I had to get a p/o Box down town ,years now also. Now ( about 4 months) my flag was broken off my mail box.I had left a note for the postal person to come to my door for mail to go out at that time ( that never happened ). I need all mail to go to my p/,o. Box down town and someone to catch the mail robber from mail boxes on Bonham Ave.28403

We have not been getting our mail on the day scheduled for several weeks. Yesterday we should have, according to the mail notification USPS sends to me.We should have received mail from RCI, Principal and Leaf Filter. We also had left mail in the box yesterday morning and it was NOT picked up. It is there today at 12:30 pm. Please investigate the cause and notify me of your findings. My address is 917 Midland Drive, Wilmington, NC 28412. My contact number is 910 617-8313 cell.

On May 19, 2020 , the mail carrier for my address on Oleander Dr went out of his way to help me with a package. It was such a kind thing and I appreciate it so much. I am sorry I do not have his name but I am happy to know he is with our post office. He is certainly an asset to your office. Thank you so much

Office hours on Sat said 8 to 1. Arrived at 12:40 -- all locked up (assume for Vererans Day - so expect they will be open Mon - haha). The drop box for packages was stuck and not working. The flat rare medium boxes were out . No one would answer the door bell though we rang several times and waited several minutes -- lobby was full of disgruntled customers --- why closed?? Why can't we drop off our boxes?? Etc, etc ...... Service I have come to expect.....
