Apparently, they do not have ringer turned on. Phone is never answered. You call 1-800 # and wait over 40+ minutes to talk w/someone that wants your physical address not your Post Office box that you're calling about. Pay my mail or online and they act like they never get the payment and lock your box and withhold your mail. Nothing gets resolved. If I gave the customer service that they do I'd be out of a job.

It is impossible to get in touch with someone at this location by phone. The 1-800 number consists of a robot that will not let you get through to a human. If you are fortunate enough to get through to a human, it is at a corporate call center in another state and not the actual post office you are trying to reach. Not helpful in the least.
