We have had consistent poor results with both in-person service and delivery. Counter reps in the past have been very gruff. Even before the dogs, mail was more than once sent back undeliverable. I am disabled, if someone had taken the time to come to my front door, knock and wait a minute I possibly could have gotten those items of mail. Once piece of mail was a greeting card from Wales . It was sent all the way back to Europe. Marked undeliverable. And since my son moved home with big dogs inside a short fence, packages are either left in the yard near the house Or they sit a minute and if we notice and start out the front door the pull out of our driveway with us in the yard. They have even argued before that a package was delivered. We called the main downtown office and insisted that it would be kept exactly where it was located, not yet marked anything, until we got there to pick it up.

In town because of a funeral and sent out all of my Christmas cards and not one card made it to its destination! Have been trying to call the post office every day to get a busy signal!

we have had a significant improvement in the conditions on HELEN DRIVE .We added hundreds of cubic yards of gravel. We installed drainage culverts and improved the storm runoff by creating permanent water drainage to the roadway! Please consider we have quite a few disabled people on this road and we really need the mail to resume!!!!!!!
