I am so tired of tracking down my mail. We have the worst postman when it comes to delivery. I subscribe to "informed mail" so that I can make sure I get all my mail. Every week he puts other people's mail in my box. I am always missing mail so I expect he is putting my mail in other's mailboxes. I have called the Randleman postmaster to report his inability to properly deliver mail but she seems uncaring and was useless in offering a solution. USPS incompetency once again!!

Do NOT go get you passports done here The lady that did ours totally messed ours up and caused my entire family to miss our dream vacation. A total nightmare and a month of stress all caused by the mistakes she made.

My mail is not being delivered to my address. It has been delivered several times to my neighbor and on side streets in my area. Other times, it’s completely lost. I have spoken to the postmaster several times, yet nothing is being done. We even use the website to try to keep up with what is suppose to be delivered. There is an issue with the sorting and with the delivery.

My packages have got to be delivered to my covered front porch! The carrier just sets them by the garage on the cement...in the poring rain. This is the last straw for me. Several packages have been destroyed by rain. Not just a passing shower either, it has been raining and forecast to rain...not a surprise! The last package value that was lost last Friday 3/1/19 was 174.00.

It is Saturday of Memorial Holiday weekend. I was not aware that there is no carrier delivery all weekend (Friday and Saturday.) I am expecting an important piece of mail that should have arrived Friday. And now I am realizing that delivery is not active. So the business that needs to be taken care of Monday "the actual holiday" is now forcabely pushed to Tuesday. Thanks for heads up USPS. This doesn't happen in Greensboro. What a joke. So very DISAPPOINTED!

Is there a way to post video's? I am sick and tired of calling to complain about the speed that the carriers drive up and down my road. I want to submit video evidence, (all the way up to the Postmaster General, if I have to) until this behavior stops!
