Mail carrier hit my mailbox today, totally knocking it down with a 6 ft. long skid mark along past it. I didn't even have any mail to be delivered! She told me she'd have her husband come repair it all this pm. No sign of him! Guess I'll be going to the PO 1st thing Mon to file a claim!!! I'm assuming she wants to keep her job. My next door neighbor witnessed the hit!

Several times we have gotten our mail out of our rural mailbox only to find the door left open and the mail soggy due to rain! It was important mail, too. Is it too much to ask that the mail carriers close the door to the mailbox? Plus, we keep getting mail that is not ours. It only takes a few seconds to make sure of the proper address and to close the box up!

I never have any packages delivered through this post office because of the inconsistencies in deliver. Actually had a package that simple traveled back and forth between post offices. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Pittsboro NC has the worst postal workers ever ! Very unprofessional, rude, and should be without jobs!!!!!!!! NEVER put my mail in the right box and catches attitudes when called out on it !

I shipped a package through the post office to NC to my mother on 12/15/18. The package contained two wine bottles that were extremely bubble wrapped. The package was delivered on 12/18/18 in a garbage bag with both bottles broken and left at her door step like garbage with no knock on the door. Ma said the smell was horrible and she literally thought someone left their garbage on her door step. This is highly unacceptable. Very,very disappointed in the US postal service. Tracking #9505 5105 5802 8349 1745 33. Disappointed and unbelievable can't believe the US postal department would deliver a package in a garbage bag and broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a fall and serious injury at the Creekwood kiosk in Fearrington because I could not reach the top row of mailboxes we went through a series of e-mail and phone calls and came to an agreement that if we would purchase a box to be installed on the side at a level I could reach, it worked well for a while. More recently I continue to fine mail left in the old box despite a notice I placed there not to use this box. I think it's because there's been a series of temporary postal servicers. Can they all be informed of the new box?

Mail carrier did not deliver an Amazon Prime order because she wouldn't get out of her car because of my dog. She left a notification in my mailbox to pick up the package at the post office. The next day I went to the post office and they couldnt find the package. Followed up a couple of days later and they still couldnt find it. The staff was uninterested in finding the package and borderline rood. I left a message a day later for the postmaster to call me to see if they could help. They never called. Terrible customer service. Never got package.
