My daughter was playing in the front yard and I was sitting at our dining room table right next to the front door watching when our mail was just delivered. My daughter brought it in, and there is a large post-it notice saying "sorry we missed you while you were out." I am not out! I asked my daughter for more information, and she said the man was on his phone or something. I am very upset that this person made absolutely no attempt to delivery this letter.
