I have only ever had a pleasant experience at the post office itself but I am starting to have a problem with the person to delivers our mail. Multiple times now I have sent things out in the mail and put the flag up and he will drive by and go days without picking it up. He will only stop to pick up what I am mailing out when he has mail to deliver so payments have been arriving late due to payments not actually being mailed out on time.

I have problem; when I order something online usually I'm informed that it will be delivered UPS, so I give my physical address . Well, in doing so sometimes my packages end up at the post office. And when they do because my physical address is on the package and not my post office box number the post office will send my package back, why. I would think the post office could check to see that I share a post office box with my husband Perlie Wilson. Why do my packages need to be sent back. As a customer can I please have a little common courtesy.
