Postal Locations

We moved from 1027 Ginger Lily Way, Leland to 805 Whitley Way, Wendell NC in October and submitted the mail forwarding card. Some mail is being forwarded but several pieces of important mail have not. They include large business checks, one which arrived at the old address with the envelop opened and over six weeks after it was sent. Please ensure that all first class mail is forwarded. Thank you. the mail carrier for Wedgewood that replaced Sheila is terrible. She crams boxes bags in mail box so she does not have to get out of truck. I have picture of a damaged box she crammed in there and i could not get it out. others in the neighborhood have complained about this as well. plus she is very unfriendly. I was out side on my front porch and she did get out to put a large box on my porch and she did not even look at me.

I live at 577 Draymore Dr ne leland nc 28451 in seabrooke community they have change the number to our community mail box and I have not been able to retrieve our mail. Please help

Why is it so hard to get someone to answer the phone?? I have called 8 times since 9 am and not a single person can pick up the phone. I will call back to back all day if I need to. All I need to do is get the mail person to open the stupid a** mail box that they put my package because the key doesn't work. It's a brand freaking new mail box in a new development. This is the worst post office. DO BETTER!

Today your mail delivery person put mail in our group mail boxes but left all the mail box doors open!!!

Once again my mail is having problems. My letters to be picked up are often left in the box. Also for 3 different days now I am receiving my neighbors mail Her name is MaryJo Phillips, Her address is 1097 Ashland Way. My address is 1101 Ashland Way. I have returned her mail to her box at least 3 times. Please check into this. We are not friends and I don't know if she has received any of my mail!!

My sister and I have both called up here for six days in a row. I have went up to the post office and they have proved to me that they delivered our packages to the incorrect address. The simple fact that they proved that our packages weren't delivered to the correct address is really ridiculous. This is happening multiple times in our neighborhood and I even visited the house that they incorrectly delivered it too and the lady didn't have it. And she has received our mail before and has returned it back to us. Also the post office said they sent someone to the house the previous day to check out what was going on and they lied and didn't send someone until the day I had went up to the post office. It is a bunch of lies and I feel like they should refund me and my sister for our packages. Honestly we just want our stuff and the fact that it can't be found is sad. I am disappointed because this has happened multiple times to not just me but other people in the neighborhood. To kindly say you need a new delivery driver and for y'all to pay attention to the correct address.

I have 11 cameras on my property and now I have 4 people that just watch the mail carrier pull up to my mailbox and fill out a form with me standing there in yard never once came to gate never once pulled up in front my house I’m so sick of the post office I’m contacting

A delivery was attempted and failed because the "front door/driveway was not accessible." There is nothing blocking our front door or driveway and we were home.

Why do they open every package and most mail we receive????? Isn't that illegal? I'm sick and tired of receiving my things opened and often delivery noticed missing. Is this a Leland speciality, or general in NC?

This is by far the worst post office and employees. Every time a package is to be delivered to my house they say they were unable to deliver it. I watched them drive by my house one day without even stopping. I chased them down to get my package so I wouldn't have to go all the way to the post office. Then when I stop by to pick up something on the day that it was undeliverable it's inconvenient for them because I didn't wait until the next day.

I know it was probably raining; but, I cannot get the box out of my mailbox...and this is not the only time this has happened.

I'm requesting that my mail be forwarded to Texas. Plz let me know if you can do this for me.

Sustained deliveries of my weekly subscription to Time magazine have become erratic. For example, the issue normally received last Saturday (or Monday at the latest) was not received. Several instances since the beginning of the year can also be cited. Although I can't prove it, I don't believe this to be stolen mail. I live in Magnolia Greens.

This post office has the rudest employees I have ever encountered at a post office. They act like they are doing you a huge favor, never smile and seem like they hate their jobs. A robot would be more engaging than they are. If I have an option I go to another location.

My wife and I stopped at the Leland post office recently. We got great service! We needed to mail a package. Both the postal worker who directly helped us and another worker came up with a very good solution for us. My experience was obviously better than some of the others who have written comments.

The staff is always very helpful and I especially appreciate them helping me choose the most economic way to mail boxes. Last time I came in the man behind the counter explained things in a very kind and patient way to an elderly lady then rushed from behind the counter to help her out the door. She was using a cane and wobbly. I thought that was very kind.

This is BY FAR the WORST post office I have ever been in. There is almost always some issue or whackadoo foolishness going on when I come in there. The first time I ever went in this post office, the lady at the front desk (I have yet to be able to catch her name) had an entire meltdown over something glitching with the computer to the point that she was slapping the computer and yelling and losing her freakin' mind. Ms. Emily came from the back to take over so she could "calm down." Since then, she always seems overwhelmed even when there is NO ONE in the building. Ms. Emily seems to be in a bad mood no matter what day it is. My courier for some reason refuses to use the parcel boxes in my apartment complex to put my parcels in that fit. I haven't seen a smiling face on anyone except Thomas who is always pleasant and willing to help. I truly, truly, truly hope that Leland gets split into two zip codes so I do not have to continue to deal with these people. It is like a nightmare circus with one poor man having to be amongst it all.

I'm pretty sure we sporadically get mail delivered here in Hawkeswater. Anyone else have this problem in their neighborhood?

I've had nothing but terrible customer service from Randy-site supervisor since my family and I moved to Leland, North Carolina. I do not recommend the Leland Post Office to anyone asking for good service. I do not believe Randy is responsible enough to supervise the Leland Post Office.

I have seen some pretty bad reviews, but as far as I am concerned they treat me fine. They don't jump through hoops for me because that is not their job. Every industry for years are cutting employees and putting pressure on those they keep. It's call more for less. So lighten up already. Every time I go there they are very busy and all are working as fast as they can.
