Haven’t received mail in over a week. Normally get something each day, even if it’s just junk mail. I was notified that a package was sent out and was to arrive by last Wednesday, no tracking was provided and only god knows where it’s at., The carrier just left our street and only stopped at 3 of the homes. There are 12.,,, How do I go about filing a compliant?

I’ve been waiting on mail for two days, got a check and everything in the mail. Received the emails yesterday morning of mail that was suppose to come Thursday for nothing. Todays Friday still ain’t got nothing.

My route has not been ran in 3 weeks i have a diploma and other important mail that I need with undelivered packages. Someone I know out here already went up to complain all they could say is they are not in charge of deliveries and that nobody has ran route 10. I am all the way in Parkton and many other ppl here as well as I are busy do not have time to keep going up and complaining and can not afford the PO box monthly bill with gas to get there. I am livid.

Mrs Barbara assumed that I was walking away with a roll of tape. Stereotyping is not something a government employee should do in public. When I approached her at registered she completely ignored me. Explaining to her that the right to free speech is what defended and still defending for the past 22 years. Will be executing an IG complaint against Mrs. Barbara, and the Hope Mills Postal office. Is not ok to assume.

Masks are not being worn in the Post Office by customers, the clerks response is "it's (Covid) just the fllu." This time of year the post office is packed, people on top of one another coughing sneezing and spreading germs. Because this is a Federal building masks are to be worn regardless of vaccination status. Maybe someone should explain this to the Postmaster, she doesn't seem to understand. Or maybe someone should report them and make sure they're fined for violating a Federal mandate. Be safe people!

For the mail carrier that stood in my yard on 7.16.2021 and threw my Amazon package on my porch thank you. You are a horrible lazy ass individual. I understand its hot and no air conditioning in the mail truck but don't ruin my packages because you are ill and mad. You would not like me to through anything of yours on your porch.

By far the worst usps service i have ever had. Packages are never in my mailbox like they say. Last one said could not access front door/ driveway at 11:11 pm. That is funny. First we all know they are not out at 11:00 pm at night. Secondly my driveway could not be blocked since I don’t have one ( I live in an apartment complex), so then that should lead one to believe that my front door could not be blocked since I am in an apartment building. This happens with every package I order. Says delivered and lord and behold it is not. How long has the usps been around for. You would figure that they would have figured out how to deliver packages from point A to point B like they say they can. If only the people around here take pride in there jobs. Because if they do it sure does not show. Just do what you say your gonna do. We do not need anything else from this location. Just what they are paid to do.

I had a package out for delivery it never came but they put someone's water bill in my mailbox that has a P.O.Box address on it. They just dump my packages at the end of the driveway because they're too lazy to bring it to the door. We spend 30 minutes every night putting the mail in the correct mailboxes. All my neighbors want a full blown investigation of the Hope Mills, NC Post office.

I have the worst service with this post office. Many of my packages say delivered but are never delivered to my house. I have cameras around my house and have not seen any mail delivered to my home when they say it was delivered. I have tried to talk to someone to give me answers and no one can give me any answers or find my mail. This post office should be shut down and rehire all new people and investigate these people. This is not just my problem it’s a neighborhood problem. We all like to know why my our neighborhood does not receive their mail!

I had a mailbox installed beside my front door Monday Nov. 3 and I had outgoing mail in it today [Tuesday] and the mailcarrier did not pick up the mail and did not put my mail in the boxz, but put the mail in a chair where I cannot reach. I am in a wheelchair and the other carriers knew that. Please see to it that from now on the mail is put in the mailbox and outgoing mail is pickeds up.424-0535

3/31/2020....4:30 pm and my mail has not been picked up...3/27/2020 I did not have mail service at 4:15 pm. Why is the mail service unable to pick up our mail? This kind of service is unacceptable.

It would be nice if someone would answer the phone. It would be great if the notices about failed delivery attempts gave clear indication as to whether a second attempt would be made or I'll have to go get it. It'd benice ifthe website accepted the parcel number to see what I needed to do.

Hi! I just don't understand that if the hope mills post office system was fail since yesterday afternoon why someone did not call technician for repair ASAP. This morning Postal lady was so stress out that system fail since yesterday afternoon mentioned she could not precess any international mail at all. Also no debit/ credit can use for any transaction. Only cash. The system was not up for almost 30 minutes so I left the office. I hope fix this problem ASAP. Thank you very much!

I forgot the mans name. Butnhe answered the phone 1/12/17 around 11am and though I was mistaken about my package route - he went out of his way to look up my package even though I live at Fort Bragg and not Hope Mills. He went out of his way even though they personally had nothing to do with my package. Very polite, friendly, helpful.

This is the worst mail service I have ever had, I think the mail carriers deliver the mail whenever they feel like it. I have put mail in the box, with the flag pulled, on several occasions and the next day the mail is still in the box.

All of the workers at the counter are so rude and the lines are always super long! And the grease-ball behind the counter is the worst! This post office is two minutes from my house, but I travel the extra 5 miles to go see the nice workers at the Parkton Post Office. Hope Mills Post Office can bite my ass!!!
