I am tired of ordering packages and being told they were delivered but I never received them. I have been home each time. When reported left in parcel box at my apartment complex the key hasn't been placed in my mailbox. I tried to call to make complaint to post office just to be put on hold several times and then being hung up on.
IVE HAD 3INCIDENTS I WOULD PURCHASE ITEMS OFF LINE ONLY TO BE TOLD BY BY THE POST OFFICE IT WAS PLACED IN MY MAIL BOX LIARS! I KNOW THAT THEY DON'T PLACE IN MY MAILBOX BECAUSE I STAND BY AND WATCH! WHOEVER IS STEALING AND I KNOW ITS NOT MY NEIGHBORS YOU WILL GET YOURS EVERY THIEF HAD THERE DAY!
So tired of not getting our mail! I signed up for the informed delivery and Now I see day after day we don't get our mail. And on the days we do get mail it might be at 8pm or 9 pm or later. Now the tracking on my package shows it was delivered yesterday @ 7:53 pm by being put in my mailbox. NOT! Where is it?? I have been calling the post office all day trying to find out where it was delivered. Don't they know how to read or are they just in too much of a hurry to go home so they throw it in a trash can somewhere or are too lazy to deliver all the mail? The mailbox has the address on it. Do your job or get another one!
This is the 3rd week in a row that I haven’t received mail on Monday or it came very late. Then this week, on Tuesday, also no mail. I get the email in the morning showing me what is to be delivered. Same pictures of Monday mail plus Tuesday, now plus Wednesday mail. But still no mail.
Lakedale USPS branch supervisor is no help at all in customer service. Had 2 packages that were delivered to wrong address on May 20th. Went to branch on May 21st, was told, “we verified your packages were indeed delivered to wrong address. Reason, substitute driver. Will retrieve and deliver to you. Didn’t happen. Went back to branch on May 22nd was told by supervisor, “packages are currently being retrieved and will be to you today. Again no packages. May 23rd, talked with route driver, was told “you need to stay on supervisor to resolve issue. Tried to call no one answer phone.
It is a shame you pay for a service and then you have to be aggravated trying to track it down with little to no help from the people responsible for running branch offices.
Only thing I can figure is the substitute drivers can’t read the address and the supervisor just tell the customer what they want to hear to get them out of their hair.
