To whom it may concern...My name is David M Huggins and I live at 711 Veda St here in Fayetteville and I feel its worthy of speaking about.My Carrier is a woman and I dont have much time left because of Congestive Heart failure and sometimes emotions run high.I feel horrible because I cant remember her name as do some of my neighbors.This woman has a beautiful soul and Im sure you already know that.I normally never laureate anyone but I feel its important because I wont recover from this.You can use my name but I prefer to remain anonymous and speaking about it takes from the sincerity and I thank you all at Lakedale.

this is so sad i have not received any mail for 6 days i have the notification of what suppose to come and hasn’t for over six day and there’s bills in there already didn’t receive my light bill last month lakedale is my post office i’ve tried calling but they won’t answer something HAS TO BE DONE my zip code is 28306

Is there a rating below, "Poor?" My neighborhood is luck to get service 2 days a week. The latest example of postal inefficiency is not being able to deliver a package because the mailbox is full. Too bad that they hadn't delivered mail in 3 days and didn't deliver on that day either. Oh yeah, the package was 36' long and probably wouldn't have fit the 3x12x18" no matter how hard you tried. Its far past time the USPS was privatized and we can dump the bloated bureaucracy they've burdened taxpayers with.

I haven't received mail in nine days Lakedale post office always has problems what is wrong with our mail delivery nobody ever does anything about it this is terrible I didn't even for email from SSA and Medicare can someone help

It is now after 9 pm on Saturday, November 13th, 2021. I live at 6531 Brook Run Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28306. I have not had mailed delivered or picked up since Wednesday. I know this because Wednesday night I put a card (a Happy Anniversary card for my son and his wife) in my mailbox to be picked up and raised the flag. I just checked and the card has still not been picked up and therefore will be several days late for their anniversary) and the flag is still up. This is not uncommon in our subdivision. But we have the WORST mail service I have ever seen in my 71 years. I would appreciate a call telling me why the USPS does not deliver and pick up mail in our area on a consistent basis 910-977-3518

Worst I’ve encountered. On 26 Aug 2021 I hand a Priority Mail package that was scheduled for delivery. It was not delivered. I’m Not sure why but the delivery attempt is marked as no access to delivery location. This is not a business address and is never restricted from access. Appears to be incorrect info at best or a lie at worst. On 28 Aug I submitted a Service Request regarding the delivery of my package as it still had not been delivered. I’ve received no reply to the service request other than to tell me it had been received by the Lakedale Post Office and would be investigated. On 30 Aug I called the Lakedale Post Office and the lady that answered the phone confirmed the package was there and then told me she has no idea when it will be delivered. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the “current OIC” has been informed of the situation and he will personally deliver the package to me today, 30 Aug. As of today, 31 Aug, the package still has not been delivered. I submitted new service request as phone contact is virtually impossible. I was finally able to contact the post office by phone at 0955 on 31 Aug. I was informed that the package was delivered. However, it was not delivered to my residence. I last checked at 11 PM on 30 Aug and then at 6 AM today, 31 Aug. Currently, I’m waiting on a call from the OIC. 31 Aug: Still waiting on call from OIC, 1113. Sandra (Cassandra) followed up asking if OIC had contacted me. When I told her no, she said she would send him a reminder. 1 Sep: I received a call from a lady at the Lakedale Post Office re: missing package. They lady asked me if I received mail yesterday, 31 Aug, and if I had received the package. When I told her that I had received regular mail but have not yet received the package, she attempted to have the OIC come to the phone. After 15 minutes she returned to the phone and told me he was still occupied. She also told me that the OIC continues to say that he delivered the package. As of today, I still have not received the package. Either the OIC delivered the package to the wrong address or he is lying. Not sure which.

Mail is being delivered at 8 & 9 pm for the past 2 days......what’s going on? Tried calling office and the phone rings and is then disconnected. Very frustrating.

I am tired of ordering packages and being told they were delivered but I never received them. I have been home each time. When reported left in parcel box at my apartment complex the key hasn't been placed in my mailbox. I tried to call to make complaint to post office just to be put on hold several times and then being hung up on.

IVE HAD 3INCIDENTS I WOULD PURCHASE ITEMS OFF LINE ONLY TO BE TOLD BY BY THE POST OFFICE IT WAS PLACED IN MY MAIL BOX LIARS! I KNOW THAT THEY DON'T PLACE IN MY MAILBOX BECAUSE I STAND BY AND WATCH! WHOEVER IS STEALING AND I KNOW ITS NOT MY NEIGHBORS YOU WILL GET YOURS EVERY THIEF HAD THERE DAY!

So tired of not getting our mail! I signed up for the informed delivery and Now I see day after day we don't get our mail. And on the days we do get mail it might be at 8pm or 9 pm or later. Now the tracking on my package shows it was delivered yesterday @ 7:53 pm by being put in my mailbox. NOT! Where is it?? I have been calling the post office all day trying to find out where it was delivered. Don't they know how to read or are they just in too much of a hurry to go home so they throw it in a trash can somewhere or are too lazy to deliver all the mail? The mailbox has the address on it. Do your job or get another one!

This is the 3rd week in a row that I haven’t received mail on Monday or it came very late. Then this week, on Tuesday, also no mail. I get the email in the morning showing me what is to be delivered. Same pictures of Monday mail plus Tuesday, now plus Wednesday mail. But still no mail.

Lakedale USPS branch supervisor is no help at all in customer service. Had 2 packages that were delivered to wrong address on May 20th. Went to branch on May 21st, was told, “we verified your packages were indeed delivered to wrong address. Reason, substitute driver. Will retrieve and deliver to you. Didn’t happen. Went back to branch on May 22nd was told by supervisor, “packages are currently being retrieved and will be to you today. Again no packages. May 23rd, talked with route driver, was told “you need to stay on supervisor to resolve issue. Tried to call no one answer phone. It is a shame you pay for a service and then you have to be aggravated trying to track it down with little to no help from the people responsible for running branch offices. Only thing I can figure is the substitute drivers can’t read the address and the supervisor just tell the customer what they want to hear to get them out of their hair.
