Rob Tripp one of your employees threatened me last night while admitting to being on drugs. Showed up at my house and the Sheriffs showed up and tried to find him. He had driven away on drugs. All over a mis understood joke from months ago. Seems like he’s gone postal.

I guess you have to get mail to have them stop to get mail(with the flag up), Have my mortgage payment in the box since Tuesday the 31st here it is Friday and still in the box. Just blankly redicules. My trash company does better than that!!,, Thank Hampstead USPS for the late fee! Guess I'm stuck with ya🤔😡 Guess I'll have to have a freind take it to Holly Ridge

I don't know what qualifications have to be met for employment at the Hampstead Post Office but the bar is very low. I have had numerous problems with deliveries from Wilson, where I live, to an address in Hampstead, NC. Non delivered mail, lost mail, returned as 'unknown address, twice (untrue) and other mail just gone, never delivered nor returned. When questioned, the post office staff was totally unhelpful and non interested. At the time of this writing, a Mothers Day Card was never delivered nor returned.

Had a package misdelivered to my house. I put it back out at mailbox today with flag up and the dumbassed carrier left the same misdelivered package.

Visited the office today and they didn't have any of the commemorative stamps that I wanted, no boxes in the size I needed but the customer service was excellent. Glenn was friendly and helpful. I will return to this office.
