Postal Locations

Dear Germanton Post Office, We have always had sufficient carriers and service from your PO. Only once, have you had an exceptional employee deliver our mail. Her name is Victoria. She was efficient, prompt (meaning she got the mail to us in a timely manner - earlier, not later in the day - even on Saturdays!) and she was always courteous.I live off of Green Valley Rd. in the Quaker Gap area. My husband and I were wow! about Victoria. Now she is gone? and so, our mail delivery has gone back to being sluggish during the week, and late on Saturdays. What happened to this fine employee who I know wanted to keep our route! We on Forest Dweller Rd. miss her! and hope you will send her back as our mail carrier. Thank you for your time and efforts!

I would like to complain to the GERMANTON, NC postal service for the terrible way our mail has been being delivered..... Today a package was shoved into the our regular mail box that I now can NOT RETRIEVE from the box for it is so D tight that I can not get the package out. This is not the first time this has happened, this is ridiculous. There is a better method....very upset and would like to know how to get this package out. Will be calling on Monday!!!!!

I just called to see why the post office has been holing my package since May 18th, and I was told the morning staff sometimes forgets to slip the yellow slips in the boxes to let costumers know they have a package. This is unexceptionable, I know people get busy but this is IMPORTANT to let customers know they have a package and not hold it for over a week!!!
