Okay, I've tried to be understanding but I have to register a complaint about something that seems to be related to one carrier. This Saturday, our mailbox was stuffed with a package that should have been left by our door. It was a heavy cardboard mailer that was folded up to fit in our mailbox. This has happened before but it has been sporatic. There have been times when a box has been stuffed inside our mailbox or that the mailbox had packages that exceeded the length/depth of our mailbox; hence, were hanging out with the lid down. Again, this has not been a daily occurrence as most of the time large packages are left by our front door or on the rocker by our front door. It appears that someone is, for lack of a better word, being lazy and not taking the time to deliver properly. We, as well as others, have also received wrong mail but this is something that is not a larger problem that stuffing mailboxes.

are all usps post offices open today because I need to pick up a package?
