I pay Amazon a yearly fee to deliver packages to my door. They use USPS and other carriers. The Arden USPS has not delivered several of my packages, saying "Attempted delivery". There is absolutely no blockage at this address. No reason why I can't get my packages delivered. I work and it is a terrible inconveinience to go to the post office

My husband ordered checks and we had done a address change. They left checks in the box at old address and they were taken. Hopefully someone hasn't wrote them just checks due to this post office being careless. Since covid bs people have gotten careless , lazy and just don't care about how they do their jobs. It's like that every where.

The USPS has to be the largest most moronic organization in the entire world! The postal carrier drives up to my office mailbox in her little white truck I can see her from the office window, the building is literally 20 feet from the mailbox. She puts all our mail in our mailbox. I go out to get the mail and I see there is a "Sorry we missed you while you were out". Perhaps she should have left me a "I'm too fricking lazy to get my fat A$$ out of the truck to do my job". Call the branch phone rings 4 minutes then disconnects, call the 1-800-275-8777 have a coronary speaking to the robo-prompts when requesting an AGENT she verifies "Did you say Stamps", fought with her for 14 until she disconnects. LAME ORGANIZATION

they lost 4 boxes that should have been delivered to our company. followed tracking and when boxes did not show up after scan we called the post office. Kyle said he would check and call other company to see if they had been put in wrong bin. this went on for three months. I finally found out the other company and call got through first time. they did not have them. when post office was confronted they say so sorry we show we delivered I can make a claim if I wish. this group is very unprofessional and I will be moving more shipments from USPS to Fedex

Most everyone that works at this facility has a horrible attitude. Not only could they not answer a majority of my questions but they did not seem to even care.

Q: I ordered a needed item from Amazon. Generally, the USPS person delivers to the "Mail Center" (all mail boxes in 1 place), & places this box in the Larger keyed box & leaves they key in my mailbox. Otherwise, he/she delivers the box to the MAIN OFFICE... The Apt complex is NO LONGER accepting packages due to the COVID-19!!!!! SO: If package is not left in a mailbox... WHAT DO I/WE DO??? The tracking form said delivery was "attempted" but "the driveway was blocked...". That's impossible! We are a complex. It said he will attempt a 2nd time- that's fine but WHEN??? I do not know the schedule! HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGE? Obviously, the driver did not come directly to my apt because I'm here. Please advise, I need this!!!!! Thank you.

I had a package that USPS sent me an E-mail that it was delivered Sept. 7 at 10.07 to front desk/mailroom. It was suppose to come to my house address: Diana Lyons 126 Christ School Rd., Arden, NC Phone # 828-6762176 I never received it. I thought USPS delivered it to Arden post office and the mail carrier would then deliver it to my home. address, as in past packages. I don't know how to get my package or where it was delivered to. Info: from: Every Bundle Order # 3819 USPS tracking # LS0433985130N To; Diana Lyons 126 Christ School Rd. Arden, NC 28704

Could my phone number, which I posted above be somehow got listed as the post office phone number. If so how can I get it removed? Diana Lyons
