Chris has been our carrier for ten years no problems, got a new carrier month and half ago, will not deliver packages. Have been and talked to everyone there no answers. Was told postmaster would call last week no call, had to go back to pick up another package today once again told postmaster would call still no call. Carried mail my self for sixteen year had to deliver every package this is ridiculous.
How do you get through via phone? Numerous calls go unanswered, with no voicemail options. All packages are not delivered to the address and the address is listed as “not a correct address” by the post office tho everyone else manages— when it is not delivered by the USPS so we have a giant hassle with our packages. Why does the Postal Service even deliver for Amazon if they can’t get it right??
I would love to get this remedied but the hours are before I get home from school/work. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
We have the same problem. When I tried calling the USPS complaint center, I only got a robot. Amazon is now thinking I am crooked because I call about not receiving packages. When I had something sent to a friend as a gift (she has the same mail carrier as me) it didn't show up. There was a notice if you tracked it that said he couldn't get to her door/porch. She asked him about it and he told her he had too much mail to deliver. He keeps showing mine delivered but it isn't there. Thought maybe it was being stolen, but a camera placed there shows it wasn't. We've also had it left on the side of the road like trash. I understood during holidays, but this is year round and getting worse.

I have the same issue, going to file a complaint to the OIG; I now have a case number and will pursue the legal remedy. All my Amazon packages are being held and no attempt at delivery.

Our mail carrier Chris, is probably the best person delivering our mail we have ever had. Our neighbors feel the same way.
The staff inside the Post Office have always been very courteous.
This facility needs to be open until 5:30-6:00pm weekdays so working people can get there without taking time off from their jobs from other parts of Jackson and surrounding Counties!
