The carrier at my location is so lazy she never delivers my mail and just takes it to the office and doesn't even leave a note stating its been delivered. The other day my mail was opened and it had to be by the carrier because it was put back in the envelope backwards w/out the address showing so how would they know where it was supposed to go? they don't return messages from calls made and i am trying to file a complaint but no one returns calls

SO many issues with this post office. For the past year.... Mail is delivered to a neighbors mailbox ( my mailbox is identied correctly and even has our last name on it), mail not being picked up, packages left in rain, missing mail,..... someone needs to investigate this facility.

Very unusual that we received no mail all week. Found out today that mail clearly marked for us was in neighbor’s box. I am very stressed as I am executrix for my sister’s estate and am waiting for a federal tax refund check. We had trouble like this several years ago and filed a complaint. I’ll be sure to make a call to the post office when they open on Monday. Very, very stressed here.

This post office is HORRIBLE. The delivery people are the worst- they cannot read- they are lazy and will not bring up packages to the door. Always getting others mail. The Postmaster does not care at all. She nevers calls back even when you go in and leave you phone number. When you do speak with her, she cops an attitude. FIX THE PROBLEMS

what is going on with mail del on bush rd. used to be aond 1300, now 2 days 1700 and today no mail. i was informed i had sceduled 3 pieces. is there a del problem in this area?
