Postal Locations

My package was due to be in Asheboro, NC on 9/20/23. It was sent back to Yanceville, NC on the 22nd. I have informed delivery Plus & still not word as to where it is. An update would be nice.

I don't have no we're else to send my mail

Express next day mail 9/29/22 - now it is 10/17/22 and still has not been delivered and says preparing for delivery. They won't refund money until delivered. How does this make logical sense - next day means next day so it should be refunded automatically since the system shows still not delivered. Looking at the feedback below this post office is a wreck in progress.

The mail was not delivered today to my home in Greensboro NC. The post office motto use to be mail is delivered in "rain, sleet or snow". Has that motto changed.

Why isn't the mail being picked up from neighborhood mailboxes? What is happening? If I had known the mail isn't being picked up I would have never put it in there.

Does the post office forward government checks to a new address if change of address has been submitted?

I had a package sent to Joanne Dobbins at 8187 Omega Way, Summerfield, N.C. 27359 almost two weeks ago and she still has not received it. On yesterday, I found out that I put the wrong zip code on her package. The correct zip code is 27358. I was told that the package is being held due to the incorrect address. Hello there! So the last five days I have not been getting my mail. So I know that the mail is running on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but I feel like its not running at all for zip code 27407. So if you could tell me what's going on that would be awesome!! Thank you and have a great day!!

In the last week or so I have noticed that when the mail is delivered it is put through the slot in the door BUT LEFT IN THE SLOT rather than being pushed through onto the floor. Anyone could come by and take it - THIS IS NOT SAFE. I don't know why this has changed but I consider it a security risk. In the last 2 days I have received mail for 2 different neighbors and one was a bank statement. I live in a condo complex and it isn't too much for me to take it to the neighbor but I noticed their mail was also sitting in the slot of the door rather than being pushed through and I could have easily taken the mail if I was so minded. This method of delivery needs to be changed and you should let your carriers know to push it through the slot. I do realize we stick mail through the slot for pickup but we assume the risk when we do and if it is something highly confidential or financial we have the option to drop it off in a mailbox somewhere. I do not know why they are doing this all of a sudden but I wish you would convey to the carrier to please push mail through the door slots - not to leave it there. Thank you.

Murrow boulvard for zip code 27401 puts mail in wrong boxes and don't deliver every day mail so mail is not picked up there's no post box for mail to go out so handicapped and disabled can get there mail out .
