Several days in a row now, out of the norm, our mail is being put in our neighbors box! Houses are not overly crowded. We all own acres. Tried to walk out to mail person today but they wouldn’t stop- maybe didn’t notice us? Tried to call Post Office directly and you have to enter a “remote access code”!

The PO lady asked me to keep my box unlocked, I did until it was unsafe, wind flapping it. She refused to deliver due to lock.

Ok this is the second time I’ve tried to send a medium size flat rate priority box, and the second time it’s mysteriously showed out for delivery, then back at post office, and then “delivered” … when the recipient took the day off to receive the package but it never showed up. Where is the package? Who stole it? It was mailed 1/12/2022 and today is 1/19/2022. Which letter carrier is stealing these packages?

I live in Arkansas. I ordered a coffee cup for my daughter in Picayune from Amazon. The mailman refuses to deliver it. The tracking info says it is being held at the post office per the customer's request. That is not true. It's small enough to fit in her mailbox. I tried calling the Picayune post office multiple times but the stupid computer kept hanging up on me. I'm mad as hell right now. The post office is refusing to do their job and I live 6 hours away so I can't drive down there to straighten them out. Typical lazy ass government crap.

Ricky P, I know there is no Amazon in Picayune. Why would you say that?

I would like to know why that the postal carriers have to LIE About Delivering packages to you for when they don't even STOP or GET OUT of the truck to even make an atemt to DELIVER your package at the door when I'm sitting on the porch while my daughter plays in the rain and I always go outside quite often but especially more when I know that I have a package to be Delivered to me and this ain't the first time that they have done this to me , everytime that they do and I'm sitting outside waiting for them to deliver my packages and watch them just drive on by and without stopping and then they put in their device that they made an atemt to deliver but was unable to do so but on today I was on the porch as always and watch the mail truck just drive right on by my house and did not make an atemt to stop to deliver my package and it was pouring down raining and now because of them socalled LAZY BUTS now I have to go to the annex to pick up my own DADGUM package but I will file several complaints with the postal service and like that would do any good but I will contact the governor and the mayor on this matter and get something done about this ""LAZiNESS"" and maybe they'll do something about it for everybody and on other matter's as well.""(but it's ashame that you can't say what you want to say on about the shaft that The customer's are getting from the crappy postal service)"

I would like to know who delivered mail to Richardson Road on Wednesday it was something that was supposed to been sign for somebody sign for it and it did not go to the correct address. I had very important documents in there and I don't know why the postal person allowed someone else to sign for that package. I will be putting in a complaint with the United States Postal Service

I just want to give a shout out for my mail carrier on Telly Road. I am a senior citizen, and she goes above & beyond when delivering my mail, especially packages. She is a bright spot in my day with her bubbling personality. Very professional. I greatly appreciate her!
