I live in Carerrie MS 39426. Being a rural area, a lot of bills I.e. Water, phone, etc. do not offer online or bill pay. I rely on mail service EVERY day. When I have the mail to be sent flag on my mailbox raised for two days, I have a real problem with that. Even more so, as I have championed the need for the Postal Service, and the fact I have abided the steady rise in the price to use this service. I am really getting tired and frustrated with trying to explain why my bills are late or not arriving at all. Please, PLEASE, try to make this anomaly right. Thank you

want to know why we never get our mail or any mail for that matter. Informed delivery says we’re getting certain mail and we always get it except for when I’m suppose to get my paycheck on Friday and informed delivery says it’s suppose to be delivered but low and behold we get everything except my check and like today we were suppose to get 5 pieces of mail and the mail person never even came by. We have called and complained several times and we just get told “she’s a friend of mine and she does her job so I don’t believe she’s holding or not delivering your mail” and my reply was well I guess all 4 houses on our road are complaining for no reason. I got hung up on!
