Postal Locations

When is my mail going to get here on my phone it says it is in transit but my order has been in transit for 2 whole days now when am I going to get my order because it is a very much needed order? If I don't get my order are you going to replace what was inside?

Our mail is not being delivered to our address. The fill in driver is putting our mail into another business' mailbox across the street. There is a note on the mailbox that states that it is not our mailbox and not to put PCA's mail in it. The driver continues to put our mail in the wrong box. AND...she's not picking up our outgoing mail. Please send someone to OUR ADDRESS at 100 Willie Drive Pearl, MS 39208

I paid to have lock changed. I'm currently stuck in Florida's. I need the stuff that's in the mailbox to get home. But they can't seem to change locks on time or answer the phone!!!!!!

Not sure who needs to hear this, but these comments aren't read by postal employees. Stop asking them questions in hopes for a response.

Just left pearl us hwy 80 post office location . Didn't get the clerks name but she was African American with red lip stick, heavy set with black wavy hair. Clerk was VERY rude! No greeting, no how can I help you or nothing. Made me lose my place in line just to write q few words on a piece of mail. No have a good day or nothing as i watched her treat all the other customers with great respect.

I’m trying to see about to package

I, honestly, feel they have figured out I am the one advocating for change in at the pearl post office and now my mail/package delivery Is suffering. I received a callback on a service ticket I opened [had a package arrive to pearl (like it was supposed to being my local post office) but was then mis shipped out to meridian instead of being delivered], and the manager literally hung up on me mid explanation I guess merely bc she didn’t like the truth or how I explained the situation... I immediately called back... ....no answer! They literally will NOT answer the phone and on the extremely rare and random occasion they do answer, I’m treated like a complete inconvenience with respect to professional service and to just their life in general. I just do not get this kind of treatment or interaction from the surrounding offices/branches. This particular branch just seems to have a contagious attitude problem.. and possibly a competency problem...

When I receive packages here lately, they are ALWAYS partially opened. Like today, I received an average sized box with a tare in the corner. Please just watch the packages a little more closely before they’re delivered.

Please tell the mail carrier to put my packages by my door and not in my steps as I am on crutches and a walker. When I take my dog out it is from my deck and he has to go down the stairs to use the bathroom. This happens all the time and I am sick of it.

How do I send money orders to my grandsons and expect them to get them? I stopped using my complex out box and now another one sent from the main PO and it had the envelope badly mangled and no money order. It took over a month to have the pieces returned to me in a plastic bag. This is too many times for the number I’ve sent. It’s probably going to cost me to stop payment and reissue. Sloppy! I can’t even get an answer at the local PO. If I damaged and lost someone’s property I’d pay restitution.

Between FedEx and USPS neither one can get my package here. The address is the same one they both have delivered to for over two years. I have been on hold at 800 number for 50 minutes and still no one has picked up. This is my wife Christmas present and from the looks of it she isn't going to get it. For some stupid reason FedEx shipped it and handed it off to the USPS and they can't delver it and I don't really know who has it. This isn't fair!!!!! I don't know what to do!!!
