Shut down the post office
I wish my packages would never be shipped with the post office again. this is beyond sad. Packages never arrive on time, packages are sent to other post offices and sent back for more delays, pakcages are stuck for days weeks or more, if ever sent out. This post office is a black hole of delivery services. I try to use other services besides usps whenever possible even at double the rates, this is completely pathetic and ridiculous.

I lived in the Midwest for many years before moving to Mississippi 2 1/2 years ago. It is not an exaggeration to say the post offices and customer service of such in Mississippi are horrible. I don’t get my mail sometimes, and when I try to call the post office, no one answers the phone. What’s the point in having someone at a post office if they’re not going to answer the phone to give customer service? They postmaster general needs to address this. And it’s not just one post office, it’s several. Good luck trying to get someone to answer a phone at the Jackson, Mississippi post office.

My package has been in jackson, ms since 03/24 it is now 04/15 as of this posting. My local post office has tried contacting them and emailing them of which not even they have received no reply from this location. At this rate about ready to send a report to the post master general as it seems this is not an isolated case.

I am reporting Robbie in the Hazlehurst Post Office in Hazlehurst, MS for not delivering my Ramey’s paper. I’ve only had it not delivered one other time; now it’s 2 weeks. I’ve already filed a complaint with D.C. also, no one ever answers the phone at Hazlehurst. I requested the Post Master at Hazlehurst put Cindy back on my route; he ignored me.

This is the absolute worst post office in history. Everyone must have gotten their stimulus check and stayed home. I have had three packages go through there lately and have been forwarded to the wrong zip code. Seriously someone needs to check in on what is wrong here.

I order weekly from a company about 50miles from this dB center I got my pages with in 3/5 days. I use priority mail hoping to get it within that time Fram. Since February it takes an average of 7 to 9 days wth is going on I wish I had an option to get my packages from ups or FedEx.

My Package been pending in Jackson Ms. for almost 2 weeks in 3 more days. I have tried call the post office morning, noon, & customer service I haven’t been able to reach talking to anybody. I have a package I ordered it was two to five days. My tracking number says it's in Jackson p.o. it's been 9 days. They used the covet-19 as an exuse. they don't do the work they are paid to do. I used to like dealing with the post office now I hate having to use it at all. I'm going to use Fed x. If they use usps I'm not buying from them. This is not the first time this happens it's often done. Someone needs to do something about this This is goverment there's corruption at the top so I guess it's even reach down to the P.O.

Somewhere in one of the Jackson, MS post offices there is a package addressed to me in Webster,NY. It is an item I bought on eBay. It was sent from San Clemente, CA by “two day priority” mail on Nov. 24. The tracking number has no information of its whereabouts beyond Jackson. The USPS tracking people won’t send a message to Jackson or give me a number to call there. Any suggestions?

The post office ARE NOT professional. They always leave your packages messy, about opened, leave them where people can come and steal them. They say that the packages are "delivered" but I have been waiting. They said it was supposed to come August 28... its October 1. It was really important and they just act like they dont give a crap in the world. FIX THIS JACKSON

The post offices no longer answer any phone calls they always say it will be a hour hold/wait time and after holding an hour it just hang up they lie and say your pkg was delivered and it has not they’re unpredictable unprofessional unprepared and just plain don’t care I have very little respect for postal workers and most of the workers inside the post office itself are rude this is a sad day

my mail was put on hold at the westland plaza office in Jackson, Mississippi last week. They are not holding the mail for: 1240 lawn view pl. apt 0-3. Jackson, ms. 39203.. they suppose to have mail on hold from social security office a ebt card and a Mississippi federal credit union card that is suppose to be in the mail on hold.. they say no mail is there.. but should be.. pls check on that for me.. thanks.---Shirley williams

Absolutely horrible, mailbox is full. People never answer really a crappy institution. Money order held for 6 days and says it shipped out. Nothing but thieves will file a claim and legal action.

YES I AGREE!!! AND THERE IS A NEW EMPLOYEE THERE THAT IS LAZY AS HELL, SHE REFUSES TO HELP ME LOCATING MY PACKAGES FOR ME TO GO PICK UP WHEN I NEED PKGS EARLY......BUT THE LAST EMPLOYEE IN THAT POSITION WAS AWESOME!! BRING HER BACK PLEASE!! SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL & not at all lazy!!
