Since when is it ok for a postal worker to sign a certified letter and leave in mail box. I though a person from resident had to sign for certified letter saying that they received.

I came in Saturday on my day off to get my mailbox lock changed. I was informed by the mail lady that someone from the post office had to go change it. I asked her when it was going to be completed, since I know my address for my check stubs had already been changed over. She assured me it would be completed no later than the following Wednesday. Of course it still has not been changed. I had to prepay $26 for a service that has not yet still been completed and I cannot access my mail. I work the hours the post office is open and am unable to go there. This is horrible customer service...I mean I paid...couldn't like the mailman who drops off mail here everyday just change the lock and there is like 4 people at the actual post office location.

I am just going to add to what the person below me said...I called to see if I could pick up a package that was supposed to be delievered 3 days ago...The man Kenny was VERY RUDE. "It's not only your package. It's bulk." OBVIOUSLY it's not only my package. It was very clear that I was aggravating him by asking him to do that but the tone he had. As the "post master" he should be way more polite and willing to talk to people with respect!!

I am disgusted with this post office. My packages continue to be delivered to the wrong address. I am now out $100 because of lost packages and no one seems to care. It is horrible to be dependent on them and know you're probably not going to receive all of your mail. Complaints get me nowhere. Last time I checked, mail was federal jurisdiction. You'd think they'd be a little more willing to fix their mistakes. This place is pathetic.
