I would like to say that the postal employees at this branch are the nicest people at any USPS that I have ever used! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful and act like they want my business and always greet me as well as others with a friendly “welcome,”, even when I run in to mail packages at the last minute! This branch and its employees are a true asset to the city of Brandon MS!Thank you Brandon USPS!
Our post person is the pits! She consistantly delivers our mail to our next door neighbor. She also crams our mail and packages in our box until the back has poped off and mail has been found in the ditch due to mail being jammed in so tight it has no where to go. I have tried to report this but the post office at Brandon never answers the phone. This is so disgusting.
On Sunday at about 12:40, there was a female postal worker driving down Bridgetowne subdivision off Spillway screaming and cursing at someone in her vehicle or on her phone. Whoever it was needs to be checked out.
IM SO MAD AT THESE PPL THE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE THE MAIL MAN IS VERY LAZY HE NEVER DELIVERS MAIL THAT YOU HAVE TO SIGN FOR HE TAKES IT BACK TO THE POST OFFICE FOR YOU TO PICK UP AFTER YOU PAID SO MUCH MONEY TO GET THERE FAST AND SIGNED FOR
Madison packages continue to be routed to Brandon, no doubt needlessly causing you guys already going above and beyond to have to do duplicate work. Please ask Madison to strive for the same level of service as you, thanks!
The mail service King Collier rd has gotten ridiculous. Mail is constantly delivered to boxes on Andrew Chapel road or to other boxes on King Collier road. Tried calling about it and No one picks up the phone at the Brandon Post office or the post general. The excuse of covid has nothing to do with reading and delivery by the mail carrier drivers. Some one needs to check this.
Mail has been left repeatedly on top of the mail boxes at our apartment complex. After receiving several different pieces of mail in my box that are addressed to people that no longer live at the residence, I receive a slip that says vacant. I have tried calling several times today to make sure that this issue can be corrected, however no one has answered the phone. Will contact the 1-800 number. This is poor customer service and for someone who holds a management position this says alot about the Brandon branch. Hope to see this issue resolved in a timely manner.
Horrible horrible postal service, when getting a package slip says attempted delivery they never try to deilver!!!I've had things returned that never was a pink slip left!!Why do they even have a phone!!!never never ever answer!!I try as little as I can to never use postal service again!!You would think as much money as their employees make you would think they would have more competent people !!So unprofessional & lazy!!
Your driver almost hit me on Marquette toad while I was making a left hand turn. He came flying by around my truck and trailer while I was making a left hand turn 10/13/2020 at 5:00 on. I want a call in this ASAP.
I had a 16 pound package that claims it was delivered on 7/5/2020 by the Brandon, MS post office. The package never arrived. I spoke with someone named Debra on several occasions but never received a phone call back in regards to my package. I tried calling 3 times Friday 7/10/2020 and also Monday 7/13/2020 to follow up with Debra but did not get an answer. On 7/7/2020 they claimed to have left a smaller package in my box but when I called the mail lady had marked delivered but not left the package. It is very frustrating that the post office is having this much trouble getting mail where it needs to be or following through with customers.
Robert in the Brandon, MS, Post Office was able to find a package for me that had been marked as "available for pickup" in Brandon. But I live in Madison, about 30 miles away! He quickly located it and put it on a truck coming my way. Outstanding customer service! What an angel!
Employees at the Brandon PO are wonderful--this complaint is not aimed at them. I am so very disappointed in the management of the Brandon Post Office in regards to the parking lot and drop off receptacles. It seems that even during a world-wide pandemic, one must go inside to mail letters. Even inside, there is only a very tiny mail slot through which large envelopes (such as are sent daily from an office) will not fit. The outside receptacles are completely blocked. During a months-long recent period these outside receptacles were removed making it necessary to park and go inside. Someone needs to be held accountable for the difficulty this has caused.
The location on Government St. Brandon Ms needs some people delivering mail that knows what they are doing.....we started having issues March 2018 when one of the delivery people ran over our dog and killed it in our driveway and they never stopped my son saw the entire thing! Now they want hardly ever deliver our packages and our UPS man saw them tase one of our other dogs!!! No one has a problem with delivering our packages except the post office makes no sense this is going on! Then yesterday my husband was checking emails and noticed they sent email saying tried to deliver package on April 13th 2019 but didn’t because of dogs well that’s fine but they didn’t put anything in mailbox stating the fact either so I called they said package was there well I just went there and lady at desk was rude and looking all up side of my head! Thank goodness there was a small kid standing there or they would have gotten a piece of my mind! If they want me to have a ticket to pick things up they need to leave a ticket!
That postman would nevr b able to deliver mail again...if he hit my baby... omg...but was pup on a leash ???

For the third time in the last three months I have a package that says it was delivered today and it wasn't. The usps tracking states that it was out for delivery at 7:41 am this morning my mail ran 2 hours ago. When I call the post office in the morning each time my package isn't delivered on time I speak to a woman at the main Brandon, Ms branch and she tells me she will call me back when she talks with the carrier. She never calls back and the package shows up at my house the next day. If the package is supposed to be delivered on a certain day then it should be delivered that day. Really tired of having to track down my packages. I think that the person who is responsible for making sure packages are delivered on time in Brandon should be re assigned or fired and they need to get someone who wants to do the job.
Had a package shipped 2 weeks ago arrived in Brandon, MS 0630 Monday October 29 2018.
Tracking shows it still sitting at Brandon Nov 1, 2018.
This is not acceptable that it has been a week and I still have not received my package.
The claim is it was sent to Brandon instead of VIcksburg but it should not take a week to get from Brandon to VIcksburg I can drive it in 40 minutes.
I needed my package 2 days ago now it appears I won’t get it before Christmas.
