How hard is it to close the box after putting mail in it!! I've started taking pictures, just to prove this! So far, April 19, May 8, May 30, June 7, and June 11, the mailbox has been left open by the postal carrier after delivery! I have complained about this before and get told problem is solved. No it hasn't been solved! How high do you have to go to the top to get someone to do something? USPS is getting worse! All these complaints are falling on deaf ears, because they know they can get by with it! If it continues, I'm going to the media!

We have not been getting regular mail service at my office at 1409 West Sunshine in Springfield. The mail truck drives by, even though we may have mail to be picked up. There are two businesses in this building, and the other tenant does not get regular mail service either.

How hard is it to forward mail? Seriously? Especially when you contact the manager, Jimmy, THE DAY BEFORE regarding your packages he sent back to the sender because he thought your NEW address was the old address. One package probably gone for good as it was one of a limited number made. Haven’t been able to get a response from the company as of yet. On top of that, the confirmation my mail was successfully forwarded was delivered THE SAME DAY IN THE SAME MAILBOX. I don’t know if it was ignorance, laziness, or just not giving a d@mn but I am sorry only goes so far. I signed also signed up for informed mail, all of the delivery alerts, and they still couldn’t get it right. Must be nice to work for the government were no accountability is required.

I am missing 6 packages now, 4 of them said to be delivered on the 12th, one on the 8th of November, & another from October. I haven’t had any problems when UPS delivers my packages, but when it comes to the USPS they just don’t show up. When I call, no one answers the phone.

Paid to have package overnight and did not show up and all the tracking says is ready for pick up we have 6 different post office in a 20 miles radius from my house. No answer when I call will never use USPS to deliver anything again. No wonder the post office is losing money they are horrible.

Hey they knowingly damaged my door screen and kept on walking, next day after still not hearing from anyone, my neighbor and I catch two carriers embracing mouth to mouth in the back of one of two trucks sitting out front in the grass and No Parking Zone. it's not the regular carrier in either case but, their boss evidently doesn't care

My delivery person has just got to wake up and pay attention to addresses and street names! Tired of my mail haphazardly being dropped off to the wrong address. Give me that job. I don't wear ear buds and pay close attention to addresses.
